These are the perfect size wristbands for my little tiny wrists. They're simple easy to use and support my wrist while I'm working out. The only thing I don't like about it is when you always open the velcro when you're removing them the top rim of the one end gets very frayed because of the constant use of the Bands.Overall I think they're perfect

Well made, but unfortunately poorly designed. Two problems with it: 1. completely inelastic. 2. Non-breathable. As a result of these, it gets really sweaty if you are working out or getting hot, and has a tendency to slither around once sweaty, no matter how tight you make it. Since there is no give in the material, it cannot expand or contract with the muscular contractions in your wrist. Frankly, vetwrap is a lot better, and cheap from a vet or pet supply. I already consigned my COOLOMG to the litter basket.
