RightRice - Lemon Pepper (7oz. Pack of 3) - Made from Vegetables - High Protein, Vegan, non GMO, Gluten Free

As a lover of rice, I have to say I think this is an amazing healthier alternative. It could not be easier to make, and the flavors are so good! This curry flavor is a fun one; I used it to make a fried rice and it was delicious. The texture got a slightly mushier after adding egg so I might leave that out if I do fried rice again. All in all, I’m really impressed with the taste and texture :)

Wow! I am so glad I took a chance on this 'rice'. Not only is it tasty, but the individual grains have a nice texture to them. To me, the texture of RightRice is the same as the regular rice. It is easy to cook too. All you do is boil water, dump the rice into the water & let it sit for about 15 minutes and it is ready to go.I will say this, the serving sized indicated on the package is off a bit as I never get the measured amount listed, but it is still enough for Mr. Wigi & me. I'll be buying more when I run out.

I was looking for a rice alternative and well... CAVA uses this rice. And we all know how I feel about CAVA (insert exploding happy emojis). This rice was delicious and added a lot to the meal. EXCEPT - it is not for a family meal. Got kids? Probably not going to be able to feed you and them with this. AND it is spicy (which I wasn't expecting, which meant my kids didn't want to eat it anyway). Would I buy this again? No. But I will keep getting it in my bowl for one from my favorite restaurant delivery...

I got a random pack of this rice in something that I ordered once, I can’t remember what. It sat in my cupboard for a while, then I decided to try it. I was blown away at the taste & texture! I decided to order the variety pack and all the flavors are great (some very spicy!). The Spanish rice is my favorite. Sometimes I add this to my grain bowls, other times I just put it all in a bowl and call it dinner. Definitely a great, unique, and healthy product.

My husband is a diabetic. These are a wonderful replacement for regular rice.

I like how quickly these cook (just add boiling water) and with the amount of protein & fiber per serving. For me, much better than slow cooking hi carb rice.

I was heading into this expecting a not-great taste, weird texture, and overall decision to never purchase again. I was pleasantly surprised! Our first flavor was cilantro lime, and it was very good! Cooked portion size really is filling. No weird texture at all. Looking forward to trying the other flavors and continue ordering our favorites!

I sent this to my mom in hopes that she would at least try it. She has had to switch to a healthy diet for medical purposes and is a very picky person! She absolutely loves this! She said she can’t tell that it is made from vegetables, and that the flavor is amazing!
