Works really well with large water reservoir
I have been using the Hangsun hand held for a while and find it really good apart from the small water reservoir. Until recently, any other water flossers with a bigger reservoir needed to be mains powered. Now that Handsun have introduced this rechargeable unit, it is ideal for me.I have quite crowded teeth and have a problem with food particles getting stuck and using string floss to remove them. This water flosser has been a great success for me and leaves my teeth feeling much cleaner than after string floss. My father has been using the hand held unit for the past six months after I recommended it. The hygenist recently commented that his teeth didn't have as much plaque as normal when he visited her this time. The Pros:The water reservoir lasts quite a while, allowing me to floss all of my teeth without stopping the flow in between teethThe pressure is adjustable from 1 to 10. 10 is quite powerful and almost hurts but is great for removing stubborn food particlesThe battery lasts a good week with flossing once or twice a dayThere is a button on the probe you can press to stop the water flow while you change positionThe nozzle can be rotated so that you can easily reach all parts of your mouthThe unit is supplied with spare nozzles of different types, although I haven't tried these. The Cons:The flexible tube to the probe is a little stiff, but not enough to cause any problem in useI would definitely recommend this.

AMAZING!
Well impressed, especially for price, Don't bother with flossing, buy one of these. Recommended by dentist instead of problems with flossing. small unit, 1-10 dial for strength of jet spray. Several nozzles to use, including one for braces, 3 basic nozzles. pause feature is useful when turning the heads for moving around your mouth instead of turning your hand and having water squirt everywhere. Woulddefinitely recommend.

Great Design for UK-Bathrooms
High quality design and construction. Highly suitable for family use in UK Bathrooms without a electrical supply socket and the supplied charger has a "Continental 2Pin Plug"* that due to its cordless design can be placed almost anywhere you choose. Construction and Quality is similar to models by "Waterpik" selling for approx. half their price. and the "Hangsung" also uses the same Heads as the "Waterpik". *Unfortunately the Plug-Pins on the adaptor are of the very narrow type and can work themselves loose from a standard UK Shaver-Socket ! (Similar Plugs from "Braun" or "Philips" products seem to work fine in a UK Shaver-Socket.? Perhaps "Hangsung" should consider fitting a "USB-Charger Socket" on future versions.?)

Not so bad now I'm getting used to it
Unsure why I bought this. I was just Sunday browsing and all of a sudden decided I need a toothbrush which escalated quickly. I've become somewhat a massive fan of oral irrigation since the purchase of my hangsun HOC210 Dental Care Family Professional Water Jet with 7 Tips.Someone Said it wasn't powerful enough in the comments. I'm unsure if they knew the massive knob on the front turns the pressure up? Me been Billy big bollucks wacked her on full chat from the off... Lessons were learnt! She ture my gums up a treat so be weary of that. Not so bad now I'm getting used to it. Although it's 600mm (just over a pint 🍻) It tends to only do half my mouth. Had it over 2 weeks now and hasn't been recharged yet.

Depends on what you want whether this is right for you
I did have a handheld water pik but the battery stopped charging, so I had to replace it. I bought this one for a couple of reasons - it has a base unit with a water holder, and it runs off a rechargeable battery. With the handheld, it had been a bit annoying to have to keep filling the water tank up to four times each time I used it. The bigger tank of this device means there's less of that (maybe one fill during use). There are a number of models like this one that run off the mains, but that wouldn't be convenient for me, and this was the only base-unit model I could find that didn't require permanent mains. On the down side, I'm surprised to find the hose connecting the nozzle to the base a bit annoying. It's quite stiff in use. It's not a big deal, just one of those things. Also, the handheld model I had before was more powerful. This model does still give you a good clean, but having had a more powerful device it doesn't feel the same. It's notable that the listing for this one doesn't state the power of the water jet, whilst some other product listings do.Also on the plus side though, this one does have different tips for different functions. I haven't though used any of them other than the standard tip.Whether this is right for you will depend on which criteria matter the most. If you want battery operated and minimal filling during use then it would work for you. Otherwise there might be better choices elsewhere.
