Very sad and disappointed. I ordered 2 sets of these to get a total of 8 chairs. The first box of 4 came with no problem. The chairs are beautiful. Everything was just perfect. The second box came the next day. The box had obviously broke and was taped back together which I could understand. It was a 50lb box. Come to find out, 3 of the cushions are missing, 2 of the backs had been taken out of the protective plastic and there were missing legs. I have been unable to get into contact with anyone about this problem. So, I love the chairs. Just not how they have been handled.

LOVE the chair as far as looks go. One leg did come damaged, but it came very quickly so that's a plus. I do have a serious issue with them staying together. The bolts have to be tightened a minimum of once a week. They do not sit level and each one is off differently.Like I said they look amazing and for the cost they are still pretty great. If there was a way to keep the legs tightened they would be perfectly fine.

The Leather Chairs are amazing and definitely worth the money. I rated it with 4 Stars because I received everything but the front 8 legs that I needed in order to put the chairs together with but I think it was an honest mistake to forget to put the legs in the box.

BEWARE!!! This is the only product I bought from Amazon Marketplace that is really unsatisfactory. They do not fit together as shipped.I had to waste 3 weeks of re-drilling over & over again to make each one fit together. I have a Ph.D. and this was REALLY DIFFICULT. The Chinese product does not fit together. I had to explore ways of re-drilling to make them fit at all !!! Don't buy these. The Chinese factory work was cynically cheap.Also, 2 of the seat-bottoms were black, not brown as pictured. I was so tired that I just gave up & accepted 2 black and 2 brown chairs. There are limits to what I can do. Their only good point is that they were REALLY CHEAP, TOO CHEAP !!!

Sturdy and better quality than most chairs that already come with new dining tables and for a great price. Super easy assembly. Legs need to be screwed in the right way as listed in the directions, maybe this is why some customers had problems (incorrect assembly). The only downside is the size, they look short even though the legs are standard dining table size because of the back rest. If you don’t mind that then you’re golden purchasing these chairs.

I love these chairs! They were easy to assemble and are very comfortable. I was concerned about the shipping as they came a day late and the box was quite damaged. Thank goodness these chairs were packaged well and there was no damage to the product. We have had some major issues with FedEx deliveries in our area, so I wish they had been shipped UPS or USPS. Otherwise very happy with the purchase!

Really love these!!! My husband assembled them and he said it didn't take long. The leather is very attractive and comfortable. We have them around our kitchen table and they look and sit soooo much nicer than the ones we were replacing. I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering chairs online, but these turned out to be great. My husband insisted I order 2 more to have as accent chairs around the house.

The chairs are nice, will not be good for heavy people 200lbs or more. Not strong enough. Two of the screws did not line up, had to buy new screws which are longer.
