Very secure - wears on upper thigh and doesn’t even need a leg strap with it. Each lasts 3 weeks so far. Thumbs up!

Perfect for holding down a g-tube 18fr. Needed something because the tube is short and mother kept trying to tuck it into her pants which made it pull at the site. Because the holder on top is velcro, you can leave it secured to the skin but undo the top part to move the tube for feeding or cleaning. Would purchase again.

Works much better with skin prep wipes. I live that I can use it with any catheter. Velcro holds the tubing but the adhesive needs skin prep to stay in place. May work better with someone without dementia who will move a lot and draw his legs into the fetal position

It works well for meI was used to another design that snaps closed I found that not using the adhesive strip for the catheter resulted in much better adhesion of the mounting padI used the adhesive strip at first but it seemed to help twist the mounting pad loose
