You need to check that you have put the scooter together properly, else it buckles when you bear weight on it :/ You think it is broken, but it isn't!! A lovely scooter, braking takes a lot to get used to, as you use your heel on the back wheel to slow down!

This is my most disappointing purchase ever . It in no way could assembly in fact it was completely faulty . Can not explain the disappointed with it.

At 50 who says you have to grow up

I'm really love this scooter so so so much.Cool black look!!!The two big wheels make the scooter run smoothly.Safe foot brake,by stepping on the rear patch to stop the scooter.Quick and easy folding.The handle height is adjustable which is great.When I arrive at the company, I can fold it up very quickly. It is very convenient to bring in the company, no longer the car has no parking space.Saved a lot of time for me.Definitely excellent value for money compare to some of the branded scooters from high street shops. I will recommend this scooter to my friends because it is really a good product.A good product is worth knowing for everyone.Finally, I sincerely thank the seller for their enthusiasm and patience in service，and answer all my questions quickly.

I like this scooter so so much. Great scooter with 2 big wheels which make it easier to through uneven sections.Making me feel more secure.Big front wheel and back wheel makes a smoother and speedy ride!Very easy to fold .Finally the price is value for money ! Recommended purchase.

A disappointing product that I was so excited to get. Unfortunately for me this kick scooter had several issues. Firstly, the catch that is supposed to secure it when it's being ridden doesn't always hold, meaning that the scooter buckles in half when you step on it. I'm just relieved that it didn't happen mid-ride. That could have been nasty.The handle height is adjustable which is great. Unfortunately no amount of tightening seems to keep the column holding the handles straight. As you ride it becomes twisted making steering and balance difficult.Finally - the kick stand is attached that an angle that makes it drag on the ground as you corner. At best it sounds awful. At worst it causes the scooter to jolt - which could make you fall.I bought 3 scooters at the same time. 2 IScoot Airs for the kids and then this Vokul for me. I paid more for this scooter and yet it performs far far worse than the £50 IScoots. I got the kids to test ride it and they think the same. I'm keeping those, but this Vokul is going straight back I'm afraid. I'm just glad I'm not being charged return postage.
