Most powerful suction robot out there
I have had it for few days already and we basically stopped swiping the floors, this dude does it all, I'm not using the remote control that comes with it because the buttons have symbols and I keep forgetting what they are for, I use the Smart Life app and that's where the fun start, you can operate manually the robot and also create schedules, they call them "Reservations".Also you can make all kind of automation combinations, the auto Smart mode seems to drive it crazy for a while, bumping on the walls and trying to run against every wall until it starting to recognize the layout and then it owns the house. The wall edges cleaning is good, it goes around all edges sucking the dust and crumbles from the baseboards. The battery fully charged gives you 2 hours of swiping, in my case enough for the whole 1,665 square feet house. It comes back to its charging station automatically when the battery reaches 20% level, then it charges completely after 1 hour.It works great on our hard wood floors and also over the living rug and one bedroom rug.

Lefant 501b - Anarchy âno I know where Iâm going...â
Big issue is getting WiFi enabled, some multi band a/b/g/n WiFi phones donât play well with it.Only has one beater brush where Roomba has 2, but not a issue as it still picks up a lot or stuff and paper or large fur clumps that would clog Roomba are not an issue.Remote is hard to use to steer around obstacles EXCEPT in full manual mode as your constantly fighting for control over the onboard computer every step.Needs a way to disable edge sensing as this causes issues with tile floors with dark contrasting grout, causing erratic patterns. Tried several work around but no luck. Might be the cause of docking failures (seems I am not alone here found another review same docking issues).Filters trap dirt, but pleated one is hard to change and you have to open a plastic carrier frame that seems like it would break to reload and reinstall (flimsy). UPDATE - 3 stage filter really stops dirt, both mesh and foam can be washed and reused.I had issues with the unit being able to find itâs way home and dock to charge after announcing low battery, but with its mapping this was a big disappointment, will try other base locations. Watched it struggle for about 18+ minutes trying to find the base just 9ft away, conserves power by disabling or lowering the vacuum on its return trip. Failed to find the dock 7/10 times.UPDATE - THIS A DEAL BREAKER!!! with using home automation and not being able to schedule - it never makes it home to charge in a normal multi room area.EXTENDED UPFATE - missed return cutoff, moved unit and charging dock to a single large room, reset, deleted, reloaded app now it is working in a smaller 12x18 area and finding the dock but NOT in a multiroom situation. ROOMBA is better, faster at this.Optical avoidance is so-so still bumps into items, sensor array plastic scratches easily in use, very thin bumper, needs something more like a garage door seal thickness and maybe it will get less scrapes.Unit does show to be doing some mapping in app in intelligent mode but not much info on its use or if it can be edited, or how itâs saved. Mapping does not work, or it's a novelty for the phone app.It does allow scheduling by day of week and time, but more items to set over Roombaâs simple start at X time. I can set it to run multiple times in one day. Still exploring other options for use.UPDATE - UNIT IS A BIG FAIL for Unattended User Programming. Have to constantly now more 65 percent take it to the dock, stops random places, never goes to charge itself. So automation is not possible. This is SAD because it really does do a pretty good job as a vacuum picking up dog fur and fine dust quite well. ONLY RELIABLE IN A SINGLE ROOM.Will be returning the unit and go with a second Roomba instead. It does a good vacuum job pet hair and fine dirt but I also need a reliable charging and scheduling. If you can deal with carrying it to the base to charge go ahead order one. Not interested in having find and return it on a regular basis.

Awesome product for an awesome price!! đ„°
Great product for the price! I have two kids, both under 4 years old so you can imagine the amount of crumbs, dirt, spills on my floor. This little robot has made my life so much easier in that I no longer have to sweep my kitchen/living room daily. So far, this vacuum has been working tirelessly so that I donât have to! The battery lasts for a little over an hour. I have it scheduled to clean twice a day. Itâs a little strange in its cleaning patterns, but hey, my floors are clean so what do I care if it zig zags like itâs drunk đ It has gotten caught on a sock that got left out, just like a normal vacuum would, so just make sure youâre not leaving laundry all over. I have zero complaints so far and am thinking about buying another one just for my bedroom/master bath.Side note: I have all hardwood floors so I am not sure how it works on carpeted areas.

Vacuum hits too hard, Honest review of the vacuum after about 2~3 months of use.
Decent robot vacuum with decent suction. Suction is pretty good and all, but the worst part of this vacuum is it goes around and bumps into everything in the house. It took my guitar down, my coffee table gets moved, closes the bathroom/bedroom doors, always gets stuck under places like kitchen chair. And the worst of all is that it has a power switch on the side. This is really funny but it turns itself off when it bumps into the door stopper. I thought the vacuum was supposed to sense the object in front and stop in front of it, not bump and destroy everything in the house. Really dislike the vacuum, we are still using it but I am still vacuuming myself since every morning I wake up, the vacuum is stuck in the bathroom or somewhere weird where it can go in but cannot get out. Unless you have a house that has absolutely nothing on the floor, I do not suggest this one, I have seen better ones in other people's houses (little more expensive) but I decided to leave this bad review because it just knocked down my guitar.Oh and another dislike is that it has so much trouble finding its home, it is in the middle of the living room, it will slowly blink red and go to the charger, but always slightly misses and readjusts itself like 3~4 times to get on the charger. And a lot of times, it just dies before it finishes adjusting itself. I live in an about 1000 square feet home, I do not have that much stuff on the ground so I never experience wire getting eaten or anything, but this vacuum will not vacuum the whole house. It vacuums one spot over and over and over again and finally gets out and goes somewhere else and vacuums over and over and over again and again. I think the sensors are pretty badly designed. Just use a Dyson vacuum and get some exercise...

Where have you been my whole adult life!!!! đ
This vacuum does everything for such a great price! Where do I begin the suction is amazing! The amount of dirt, crumbs and hair is shocking! Very easy to clean! I set it out at night and clean in the morning! Itâs very quite sounds like a small fan you hardly notice it. The little bin holds a lot! It has tons of different settings, the edge setting is awesome. It sticks to the edge and if it gets lost it circles back finds the edge and keeps going. I havenât found it really gets stuck too much it depends on your house and what you have for furniture. For the best performance, I find you do have to have everything picked up and minimal or very thin rugs. It also doesnât love uneven transitional floor it has a hard time getting back up. At first I had a hard time sending it back to its dock but Once I moved the dock around a bit (as someone suggested) it finally sent itself home!!! If you are really looking into a robot vacuum I highly recommend this one! Makes your life so much easier!

Despite other reviews App does not work.
Device itself is good and works well. The App however is completely useless. Donât buy if you want to use with the App.

Cleaned good and good customer service.
Had this sence sep 2020 and it worked great for almost a year then the battery would not hold charge. Contacted lefant on Facebook and they were great. They asked for my purchase number from on here and were going to replace it for free. Unfortunately they were out of stock so they gave me a full refund. I will be buying another because with 2 younger children this helps out big time and we now miss it. Just clean it out after every use and when you put it together out of the box look at the places where stuff can get stuck. They need to be clear to work good.

Meh
Had it for about 3 weeks now and it is making a sound. It comes with remote control but that's more work than it should be in my opinion. I also thgt there was some science in order to cover every area but I would literally put the robot in front of some debris and it would turn the other way, go all around the world and still not get it until I place it on top of the debris.

Eventually Breaks - After Warranty Expires
Their vacuums break after the warranty - then they do nothing for you. If you buy from Lefant - you'll need to expect that. The following is the final message I sent to their curiously called 'customer service, which is anything but..."And no suprise that even after supplying you with all the requested information - you have given me nothing, but a broken vacuum and money taken from my pocket.Your company know that it's vacuums are likely to last not too much longer than the warranty before breaking - it's cynical. You had promised me a full refund or a new replacement vacuum - yet you have done neither.I'll be sure to leave as many bad reviews online (Amazon, YouTube, ect) as I possibly can - to try and dissuade others from the unfortunate buying of any of your products.Did I mention that the customer service stinks too?"
