noisy in the wind when outside
really liked these banners. i had to move them inside as our neighborhood is very windy and the wooden parts kept knocking against the windows on the side of the doors which was annoying. I might look for rubber tips or something to put over the ends of the wood pieces. Unfortunately even though i had them hung on top by nail and on the bottom holes i used 3M hooks, the wind still blew one of ours away so it's lost... :-( i did really like them and they were reasonably priced. Only other part i didn't realize was how 'dull' the red was with the 'dull' white. it wasn't as bright looking as i thought it looked in the picture.

Looks great , too many shades of red in the world to say how off red they are, but the sizing be cautious with, they are advertised as 12x72 but real measurement is 10 5/8 x 68 1/2 add wood and hanging ribbon and it's 74 1/2 , if exact measuring doesn't matter they are fantastic.

I'd skip them unless you live in a biodome.
There is just no reasonable way to weigh these down so they don't twist and flail about. If you plan on using them indoors or in a biodome, they are probably great.
