Super happy w/ this purchase. It’s an excellent product as it can double as 1. Heat 2. Ice w/out losing any Elasticity. I’ve been using both heat & ice. Definitely Recommend…

comfortable and greatly reduces leg swelling
This product is well made, easy to put on and off, easy to move when wearing and gives immediate relief. I bought knee and ankle sized, and the sizing chart was accurate for me. The wrap is icy cold for 5-10 minutes, then begins to warm up, but I found it remains cool for about 45 minutes. I broke an ankle last fall and I wish I'd had several of these to help with swelling back then. If you are recovering from surgery or have a great deal of swelling which requires constant icing, I'd buy several of these so you can swap them out. So much easier than ice packs or some of the other Velcro wraps. Only con might be difficult to use with a cast, but absolutely awesome once cast is removed.

Running injury
So i measured and got a medium for my knee and it for sure is true to size. Its true to size to the measurement chart but also super stretchy so I wouldnt worry if youre like in-between sizes. Its very comfortable and I have tried both the heat and icy purposes of it over the course of a few days so I feel I have a good feel on it. But first things first I have the logo fliped on the bottom of my leg in the photo so dont be fooled there is a logo on it!I read the reviews on it saying the icy feel fades too fast but for me I found them cold for at least 30 minutes if you let them chill in the freezer for the full 4 hours it says to in the instructions which is kinda of the max of what you're usually supposed to ice an injury so it worked for me. It definitely helped the swelling from my running injury and I felt the snug, jelly, 360° fit definitely helped better than my shin split icy wrap with the straps esspecially since I was able to walk without it slipping down my leg and I was able to lay down without any velcro sticking to blankets. AAA+ for the ice for me!The heat was actually pretty tricky for me but also super nice? So the instructions say todo 30 second increments in the microwave but I usually end up resetting it 2 and a half times while flipping it to get the ideal heat but if I set it straight up for 1 minute its almost too hot so thats odd. Anyways like most things you microwave the inside gets WAY hotter than the outside so dont just go off touching the top when testing it Id recommend sticking ur hand inside before sliding it on. I will also say the heat fades in about 10 ish minutes and my guess is because my knee is bending which expands the gel which leads it to cooling off faster but I can generally get another few minutes by sliding the sleeve around to the side that was under my knee because its typically a little warmer for longer. But yeah I usually end up reheating this very often so be prepared. The upside is during the heat session my knee is literally so comfortable and it really pinpoints the whole injury which is way better than my hot watter bag I used to use. Id give the heat a C+ only because it cools off fast.Over all I totally recommend these for the diversity of use, the comfort, and the ability to wear this while cooking, walking and laying down without worry of slippage or velcro impeding any of those activities. Definitely a must have for any runner with a chance of knee injury!

Best $$ I've spent. Love this product!
Did hours of research looking for a long compress, a comfortable one, and one that is snug for my fractured humerus at my shoulder and bone fragment. I chose this one and received it yesterday (2/8/25). I love it. In fact, it works so well and is so comfortable that I use it 2x/day.I pull up so it's from my elbow to my armpit for 20 mins. (while separately holding a smaller cold pak from my armpit to my shoulder), put it back in the freezer for 30 mins, then put it on from my elbow to wrist. I do have to pinch it with a clip at my wrist, though, to tighten it up.Buying 2 of them would be a good idea to cover my arm from my wrist to my armpit at once. Too bad the company doesn't have a compress that is much longer.I have very long, thin arms. Thus, ordered a Small.

Excellent, for the few minutes it stays cold
I'll cut to the chase - I love everything about this, except that 1) it doesn't stay cold very long, and 2) it's too expensive to buy several of them in order to use them in rotation for longer cold application. These are big factors, so I'm removing one star for each.Other than the duration and my budget, this is a great product. I'd been using an ice pack from a food cooler, wrapped in a towel, to ice my elbow. Compared to that, this sleeve is excellent - it immerses the whole surrounding area with cold, rather than just a tiny spot. I can also wear it and do other things, instead of sitting still and using my free hand to hold the old ice/towel in place. It's surprisingly comfortable; the fabric is thick, and inner gel is flexible to use on a joint like an elbow. (For reference, I got a medium sleeve; I"m 6'2", 185 lb, and it fits well).Overall, I'm icing my elbow more frequently throughout the day, because this sleeve makes it more convenient to do so. I have to assume that, on balance, that's a good thing. After leaving the sleeve in my freezer for several hours, I get about 10 minutes of useful cold application from it (in an 80 F degree room). The sleeve starts out so cold that it's borderline painful (which I mean as a compliment), but quickly warms to the point that it's only cool to the touch. I'm supposed to be icing 30 minutes on / 30 minutes off. If I had three sleeves, I think I could use them in sequence, and cool them enough in between, such that I could achieve that goal. But, for the nearly $100 that it would cost, I'm not willing to do so. Instead, I'm going to use this sleeve as frequently as I can cool it, then supplement with the old ice pack / towel in between. That said, if you were using this for heat, I think it might be a winner. Per the instructions, it only takes a few seconds in the microwave to warm the pack. Even if the heat wears off quickly (and I don't know, because I haven't tried it) you could heat it back up again quickly, too. For cold application, though, you need to wait.Lastly, I've only had this sleeve for one day, so I can't comment on the durability yet. It comes in a zip-lock bag, and I've been keeping it in that bag in the freezer, in hopes of keeping it clean over the long term.
