Great inexpensive FM transmitter with Bluetooth! Better than my old transmitter.
I had a transmitter a lot like this one. But it was old and starting to fail. This new model is better in several ways.1. The volume adjustment on the transmitter also changes audio volume on the iPhone. They move together.2. This transmitter works much better with dictation in a vehicle.3. Good at handling high-frequency distortion due to excess volume. There is just a little crackle, not a splash of scratchy noises.4. It displays voltage, but does not announce it in an annoying way. BT prompts are brief.5. Micro SD card slot; but I haven't tried it yet.One thing to look out for: it starts out at max volume, and makes your ringer max volume. So when you leave your vehicle, your ringer may be louder than you like. Also, be on the lookout for "Enhanced" transmitters that are actually Mono. Any Mono transmitter will be clearer than its Stereo counterpart. But nobody has only one speaker in their vehicle. If it does not say "Stereo", then check comments for "Mono". Beware! I can't believe I have to say this!Good luck,-Chris

My phone is now a FM station
I have a 2012 Honda City and it came with an impressive Radio system with speakers. Up until now, I would pair a wireless bluetooth earbuds (or whatever they are called) with my phone and attend calls/listen to music whilst driving. I never was able to use my car speakers for playing out my phone audio. Lencent briges the gap.Lencent is essentially a Bluetooth to FM bridge. It receives audio content (voice calls/music) from the phone over bluetooth and transmits over the personal FM channel to the car radio FM receiver. It does its job well!.It also has USB Type-A slots. That takes care of charging the phone battery. Go for it folks!

Connects quick, no static
After totaling our car we recently took over a car from my grandma that was made in 2004. My husband cannot stand listening to the radio so we bought one of these to help. It works great! Connects very quickly. Has a clear connection with no static. Overall, it was a great investment for the car! My husband has no complaints

Would buy again!
I was surprised by this little gadget. I recently bought an older car for a daily driver. I forgot there was no streaming Apple music in your car 20 years ago so I found this solid temporary solution on Amazon. I figured this was a good $15 purchase until I decide if I want to invest in a custom built in stereo with CarPlay. Is it perfect? No. There’s sometimes very minor static but I seem to only notice it when there is just music and no words. I haven’t used it for calls yet and not sure if I will but it’s working out well for my music. Solid buy for a temporary solution or if you don’t want to spend a fortune on equipment.

Great buy!
I’ve bought 4 of these things! Even as gifts. I love mine. I have older cars and this is much easier than a new head unit. Everything works wonderfully except I can’t quite figure it how to put it on another channel.

Works Just Okay. Cheap and Works But Sound Quality is Not Great.
I've been using this for about a month now, and feel like I can give it an accurate rating of 3.5 stars.Had to read the directions to get setup on station 88.1. It worked right away, and has connected fine every time I've used it so far. But in short, the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. In short, it's usable for podcasts, but I wouldn't listen to music with this.Pros - It's cheap and will get you wireless connectivity via your phone. It's easy to use, though it's bulky, and I was not careful enough and broke the cover to my cigarette lighter port taking it out which was annoying, but my fault.Cons- The sound quality is below average for music. I have a stereo in my car, and the sound quality would never do justice for the subwoofers and amplifier I have. The difference between CD and this thing is like night and day. Me personally, I would never use this for music.- Connectivity. I have a cheapo lightning cable that doesn't have a good connection, and this adapter hates it. Especially if you connect it to the "wired" non-bluetooth side. So I have to make sure the wire stays connected to the "charging" side or it'll keep trying to play music off the phone and repeatedly lose connection with a cheaper cable.- Volume. In addition to the sound quality being below average, the volume is very low. Usually when I listen to music with CD, my volume is set around 20. If I really want to bump it loud I turn it around 28-30. To even hear anything with this, I have to bump it to minimum 40-45, and my radio only goes up to 50.- Quirk with the iphone, not the adapter's fault. If I turn off my car and the radio, and even full the faceplate off, and turn the car off I think, the bluetooth is still connected. So if I'm sitting in my car trying to look at anything on my phone with sound, it's muted because my phone is defaulting to playing it through the car stereo. That's annoying.I used this for one day with music, then took it off because the sound quality was so poor. I recently decided to listen to a podcast on the way to work, so I've been using it daily for like 3-4 weeks. It works pretty well for that, but the volume is very low, and I have to make sure I lower the volume before switching back to music or the 45 volume will kill my ear.I would give this item a 3.5, rounding down to 3. It's cheap and will give you phone connectivity. But the sound quality is not great, and I would not recommend it for music, just for talk radio. And be prepared to turn your volume up all the way to hear it.Music I'd give it a 2. Talk radio I'd give it a 4 if you don't mind turning your volume to the max. And I give it a higher overall rating due to price and pretty good connectivity. If I wanted to listen to music, I'd spring for a new radio.Edit: After a couple of months I've developed a whining noise sometimes when using it. The sound will whine when accelerating. Don't really care though. Still works okay for podcasts, and the connection is reliable. I've never lost connection before mid-use.

Best Bluetooth adapter I’ve gotten
Best Bluetooth adapter I’ve gotton. It doesn’t sound staticky, doesn’t stutter, and has good sound quality in general. Only issue I have with it is that it does stutter sometimes but only for a split second and only happens rarely.
