The aroma is just so relaxing! It helps me to fall right to sleep! I love to spray my pillows and sheets and have the lotion and body wash also!!

Purchased at 35.00 price then weeks later saw it for 14.99. Not happy I paid double ! Does exactly what it says! It’s a very soothing, calming smell. Spray on pillow 2-3 pumps doesn’t take a lot, and before you know it , it’s morning time to rise and shine! Keeps pillow smelling fresh. Especially for those who are avid slobbers(Lolol). Don’t pay over 14.99 for this . Not that it’s not worth it but if you can get it cheaper please do!!! Price gauching is real!!!Excellent product. Also found the shower gel and body lotion for sleep as well. I used all 3 together and had the most relaxing sleep in years! I’d rather use these than pop a pill! Worth the investment!

i absolutely love spraying this on my pillow every night. it drys fast and is so soothing and smells amazing! it calms and soothes nicely before going to sleep. definitely recommend for winding down at night

I love Dr. Teals huge range of products! A pillow/linen/room spray for helping get to sleep is a wonderful and well considered choice to add to the brand. On my first night of use, two sprays were enough, one for my pillows and another into the air, and I did after several minutes feel a gently lull to sleep. The scents chosen are naturally used for sleep and relaxation and were blended well for this product. Sadly I did have t deduct a star because of the asking price. The bottle has plenty of uses for what your paying for, though I did find smaller companies offering similar items for up to 35% cheaper online. With a offered coupon or maybe adding a sleep mask, Im sure the company could really make an impact on sleep efforts with this spray.

I love everything about this sleep spray from the packaging to the beautiful scents and onto the lovely effects gained from its use. My Maltese, Coop, really digs it too!I dont know if its available in a 4 pack but I will certainly look for it next time!

It smells like most man's perfume. If you are someone that has a strong sense of smell then this won't work. The scent fades away too quickly as well, it does not last long. It was worth a try and most of Dr. Teal's products like their body wash did not work well for me. Their only product that is worth it is their episome salt but this did not do it's job. Doesn't put you to sleep.

I can't say enough good things about this product. I've always read for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes judt to relax enough to sleep - not any more. A couple sprays on my pillow & within 15 minutes I can barely keep my eyes open. And more importantly, I'm sleeping soundly through the night. If you've got issues falling asleep or stay asleep, give this product a try.

I have been a 🪻🪻 lavender 🪻 🪻 girly for decades and this is BY FAR the BEST smelling lavender sleep bend I have ever found.While I am usually not the biggest fan of chamomile on its own, this spray blend with the two is absolutely perfect. I use 2 sprays on my pillow every night , and then a few on my blanket on areas closest to my face. I spray before I meditate and I am out within minutes 🪻🛌💤😴If it didn't put me to sleep I would wear it during the day💜😏Bottle lasts a LONG time, and I use it every night!
