Disappointing - Buckle failed to stay latched when tightened. Disappointing partial refund.
Buckle would not stay latched under pressure, rendering the product useless. I was charged for returning it and received a paltry £1.79 refund. Value for money = -10, quality = 0, functionality = 0. I intended to use this to apply pressure to the site of a haemodialysis needle after the needle had been removed, holding a dressing in place to stop bleeding at arterial pressure. I have another tourniquet (a Vacuette promo item) which works perfectly using a similar (but not identical) design. .
