Great product, just takes a little getting useful to.
It works. I've had back pain and stiffness in the mornings for 2 years. Got through 3 different types of mattress and lots of physio anf dtill have it, so I thought I would try this. The first night was awful, I didn't sleep well but I did notice a slight reduction in pain and stiffness in the morning. So I've persevered. I've now slept for 5 nights and now it's doesn't feel awkward and uncomfortable, and I can turn over easily without dislodging it. Most importantly, it's massively helping! Morning stiffness has reduced a lot. I highly recommend this.

Instant relief from nightly agony!
Bought this to help ellivate pain from an old knee injury: I am a side sleeper and I’ve been finding recently that I am waking up with a lot of intense pain in my injured knee from pressure of resting my other leg on it in my sleep. Tried just putting a normal pillow between my knees but it kept moving and dropping off the bed if I moved.Been using this pillow for just a few nights, but already feeling a world of difference. The strap is tight enough to hold it in place, but not tight enough to make it uncomfortable. The cover is a nice soft material, with doesn’t irritate the skin at all, and doesn’t get overly hot. Cover is also removable, which is great from a hygiene perspective. Memory foam is firm enough to keep knees apart, but soft enough to mould to the shape of my knees and be comfortable. Also does the job from a variety of positions, so doesn’t matter if it slides down my leg a bit. Best of all, I am waking up just a bit stiff, which is a dramatic improvement from feeling like my knee might explode. As an added bonus, seems to be helping my lower back too!It does take a bit of getting used to it being there, but well worth the faff of working out exact placement/which direction it should face for max comfort. Really great item and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and works!
Comfortable to sleep with, and I have noticed a difference in my back on first use! I’ve suffered with my back for over 15 years, wish I’d got one a long time ago.

Great size, great price, great results!
Why didnt I buy this year's ago?! I suffer with arthritic hips and knees and have bulging discs. I have been sleeping with a pillow between my knees. It was awkward to turn over with the busy pillow, aggravating my back and is hot in the summer. This fits perfectly between my knees and stays in place, even when not strapped on, and keeps my knees in place all night.

Very comfortable but if you have poor circulation, be very careful.
I was initially really pleased with this as it is comfortable and good value for money. However, when it arrived I was about to have a 10 minute session with my blepharitis heated eye mask so I decided to lie down using the pillow to test it out. It was comfortable and I was pleased until, about half an hour later, well after I'd taken it off, my toes started to go dead.(Luckily this didn’t last too long but it was unpleasant). I have never had this happen before – maybe it was a coincidence, who knows but I took this as a warning and I have reluctantly returned the product. I must add that the strap wasn’t at all tight and my thigh measurements were inside the suggested norms. I can only imagine that I have poorer circulation than I’d realised If you know that this isn’t going to affect you I’d give it a go – it was certainly comfortable enough while I was using it but I felt I should give this warning. If you have any doubts about your circulation then be wary.

A must for those with hip pain at bedtime
A must for anyone with hip pain when sleeping. Greatly eases the pain by having the pillow between your legs and gives support. Initially thought it was too hard but after a few nights I now can't do without it. Great quality and a plus the cover comes off to wash

Disappointing quality
I purchased this on the 13th June. It has only been used for the purpose intended, namely held between the knees whilst sleeping and today l noticed that at the thinners parts top and bottom, they had broken apart. Poor quality. The previous one l had, different make, lasted approximately 2-3 years.
