Same problem here! Super frustrating after already clipping out all the pieces and organizing them and doing a partial build. The gear that comes pre-mounted to a small metal rod is a tad too small! It doesn't make good contact with the other gear and completely fails to turn. What a waste.

This toy is a complete disappointment. Assembling it is nearly impossible without special tools. The plastic parts are of very poor quality, and due to this, the electrical components don't work properly. There's too much friction, and some of the wheels don't even move. Stickers... can't even stick them without tweezers. Avoid this toy. nothing to enjoy at all.
