It is great tenderizer

It’s perfect!!!! I inject it into pork butt and the meat is like cotton candy. It melts in your mouth. I don’t taste it nor does the people eating it. I actually have people buying this now.

Heard that papaya juice, often used to tenderize meat, was good for taking the discomfort away from mosquito bites. Believed it to be true after buying this papaya paste, albeit a life-time supply.

I added to my “slow cooker” to a chicken dish I like. It was very tender meat. Was falling apart quickly!! A nice surprise.

Ordering and delivery was good.Tried it three times and the meat does not get tenderize enough. Not sure if it needs to have more of the paste or left in the paste for a longer time than recommended.

It doesn't work, so I discarded it and went back to other methods. Don't waste your money.

This is a wonderful tenderizer for flank steaks. I use flank steaks for stir fry. I only need to use one teaspoonful for a 4 to 8-ounce portion almost right before stir frying and the meat was completely tenderized. You can have the similar result with baking soda, but I also understand that baking soda will take away all the vitamins in your food. Like it says, the papaya paste is a natural meat tenderizer and it doesn’t add any extra flavor.
