Works great for working out knots and relaxing muscles. But, I have bought two and on both, the fabric has started ripping, after a couple of months. Then it gets twisted up in the heads. After the first one, as a seamstress, I decided that I would buy another one and as soon as it started showing signs of wear, I would reinforce it. Which has helped the second one last longer. But, not everyone knows how to sew or owns a sewing machine. I can say that to me, it is worth the effort. And for the price, I can afford to buy replacements, but I wish that they would come up with a better solution.

Bought for my husband. From what I can see he enjoys this the most while sitting in the livingroom watching TV. The straps let's him rest his arms in a comfortable upright position. The messager balls feels heavy duty for the price and really focus on the intended area i.e neck, lower neck and shoulders. Definitely recommend for neck problems

This massager has made a wonderful difference in my life. I suffer from lower back pain, neck, and knee pain, and this massager has helped me get through many days pain free! With the built in heat and various motion settings, this massager allows you to adjust to a heat and speed that fits you. It's lightweight making it easy to transport between the office and home. This is a 10/10 would highly recommend!

This massager I purchased works great. I use it on my neck and shoulders and it feels amazing. The only thing that I do not like is that I have to be plugged into a wall while using it. The cord is also not very long. For example I would love to be able to sit on my bed comfortably and use it. Instead I'm standing next to a plug. Over all product does it's job and relieved the tension in my neck and shoulders.

This massager will work out knots pretty good. I'd still rather prefer a super hot babe for a massage but until I find one, this should do the trick. You can put whatever pressure you need by pulling the arm saddles down. You can even work your lower back too.

I was really impressed with this neck massager when I first got it. It was easy to use, comfortable to wear, and provided great relief from tension and stress. The massage nodes were powerful and adjustable, and the heat function was a nice bonus.However, after about 6 months of regular use, I started to notice that the fabric was beginning to wear down. At first, it was just a small thread or two that had come loose, but over time, the fabric started to tear and expose the underlying product.I’m really disappointed that the fabric didn’t hold up better, especially considering the price point of this product. However, I still think it’s a great massager and would recommend it to others - just be aware that you may need to replace it after a year or so.
