This product is simple and straight forward. Strong plastic etc. it’s not a product for a “weaker” person as the plastic is pretty firm and hard to form to snap into place but that’s a given. It’s a little spikes which may hurt some people and it didn’t pop my back as I thought it would. As for the product it’s self it’s a well made and nice product. It does relieve pain until you get off of it then it just happens all over again. Maybe that’s just me tho….. however I did find the product to be cheaper at grocery outlet so that was a bummer. Overall it is a good product and is not flimsy so if your worries about it breaking… don’t! I would however recommend to friends because as I said it relieves the pain for the time of use!

Saw on TikTok and decided to order since everyone seemed to promote it as a back cracker. My back barely cracked, but did get a good stretch, ultimately ended up returning it because what I really need is something to crack my back. If you’re just looking for a back stretcher it is great!

It was not comfortable at first, and I was always worried that it would break. Actually, there is no problem at all. Now I lie on it for 30 minutes every weekend, and I feel that my body is stretched very well.

You guys, I bought this for the sole reason of trying to straighten and reliving the tiredness of my hunched back, I mean I’m probably exaggerating on the hunched back, but it sure feels like it, I am sooo forgetful of keeping my back straight, so my upper back feels it now. Not only is it helping me with the tiredness feeling, but I experienced something soooooooo unexpected, within the 1st 5 minutes i repeat the first 5 minutes of laying on this thing my whole entire body started relaxing and i mean I can’t explain it!! I immediately start feeling such a fast overcoming feeling of relaxation, now, I do have to mention that laying on it is uncomfortable, I know, you’re probably confused as to HOW do I feel relaxed if it’s uncomfortable 😆🤭 we’ll I’m not even sure how either! the thing is, I don’t just lay on it and be done, I place a traveling pillow on obviously my neck, close my eyes and actually try to relax and enjoy the feeling of how my back is forcefully straightening itself… THATS an amazing feeling, and also the point of when my head and body starts experiencing that overcoming feeling of relaxation, I could swear on it as a tool to de stress after a long day! Oh !! Lol, I also have to mention ummmm… I am 200 lbs so I do have to use it lightly and not completely put a lot of pressure on it because at one point it did kind of wanted to bend a bit?? If that makes sense 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean its very sturdy for someone on the light side? And I did read on someone’s review that her husband somehow didn’t work for him, and I can see why, just be light on it :) Hope this review helped!

I am 65 years old and have suffered with back pain for about seven years. Mainly it has been lower back pain and sciatica as well as nerve tingling/numbness in my legs and hands. I recently got an MRI and no real issues were noted or observed. Why then do I have lower back pain and nerve pain with no apparent reason?
