I’d say that largely will depend on how long your arms and how flexible you are but can be a bit of a struggle to really reach the middle (for me at least)

It all depends on which setting you use. I would say 90 mins is achievable on the lowest setting with one of the standard head attachments. If you use the highest setting with the heated head maybe 30-40 mins.

Q: What is the heat like, how effective or hot does it get?

It gets pretty hot, but not unbearably so. You can definitely feel the heat going into your tissue which is ideal. I was surprised at how much heat it builds up in that massage attachment.
