First of all the photoframe can not start in portrait, it can only be landscape.The android app to set up the product is awful too. you have to set up an account and to activate your account you need to use populate an activation code, this activation failed like a dozen times before I could finally get into the app.My other issue with the app is that it wants permissions to the microphone and permissions to be able to record!Denying these permissions prevents you from connecting to the photo frame.Next issue is that because the photo frame can only stand in landscape, any portrait photos either completely cuts of the top and the bottom of the photo, or leaves massive borders either side.Finally then box it came in was sealed and had it's security seals intact, however the packaging on the inside was completely smashed and in a million pieces. Overall very poor product.

About the device, nice clear photo how is suppose to be from a 1920x1080, very nice fiting image for horizontal and vertical photos you can zoom it in up and down your particular photo, for me the time sittings for one day is working perfectly. It was in the beginning difficult whit the app a little, but I resolved! The most important you need to have in mind, even if you are going to load photos whit a memory stick, DO NOT LOAD more then few photos per time (me I did it with 6 photos ) or else is going to say all the time <Unfortunate the device stop to work> and is starting again and again! Basically is what the app is permitting, 9 photos per load! For the time, I love it!

also a terrible app that does not work the device is connected to the network but the app does not find it. Absolute rip off you can make something at home for cheaper with a rapberry pi and a screen. the software also hangs and you need to restart the device several times a day.

Totally terrible to connect .The app to setup is not good at all .Ince connected the picture is of good quality.

Nice looking frame, almost like an ipad

The app doesn't work, no way of uploading photos.. it won't accept the sd cards and USB I've tried either. Not easy to set up and use.

Was pleased at first bought in February now June and app has stopped working so can’t use most of the functions. The only way I can transfer photos now is by usb. If I’d read reviews first would not have bought it.
