Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. For me it improved my balance and now I have less pain while I walk.

As others had mentioned, this is sticky on both sides. Also the largest size is still kinda small and my feet are only an adult size 8.However, it gets the job done as you do get a bit of heel cushioning. I noticed my heel dont get too uncomfortable anymore with these on.All in all a 3 star. So so quality but gets the job done for a low price.
