Yes I can: 300 pounds. If you go to Flash Furniture's web site you will find the specs; http://www.flashfurniture.com/ha-mc309av-bk-gg.htmlThe chair appears to be a very well built, made from fairly heavy steel tubing, (18Ga.), with all joints riveted not welded. The chair has a very substantial feel to it and mine weighs in at about 11.6 pounds, (the specs show a shipping weight of 12 pounds). The weakest spot would appear to be the rivets holding the seat to the front legs that allow the seat to pivot for folding, (which is basically the same for all folding chairs). The last folding chair that I tossed out had a broken weld at the front cross brace. Q: is the seat comfortable because we have yard sales and we sit for around 3-4 hours

It is pretty comfortable, as the padding in the seat is good, and you're not just sitting on metal. However, I do get tired of sitting in it after a couple of hours or so, when I'm at the computer. It's a good solid, comfortable chair, but you might throw a padded seat cushion on it if you are sitting that long. It is a folding chair after all, and not like sitting in a recliner.

From floor to bottom of cushion is 16 inches. Cushion is two inches high. I sit on this all day long, it is a great chair.

Super comfy

Great folding chair

Chairs do exactly as descibed which is what i wanted. Only problem was some damage to one chair, which was also missing it's rubber feet.
