I needed a locking plier with good reach. These did the job.

When it arrived I immediately realized it was Chinese. A little disappointed. You can just tell it’s cheap. Couldn’t find country of origin in description but the brand name fooled me. My bad.

I find I use this 9" Vise Grip a lot. Good value for the money and works as it should.

It is a cheap tool but the price is low. The jaws are a 1/4 inch wide but there is 5/16 inch of slop so on smaller items the jaws slip off. A fair tool for home use on object over 1/4 wide. Not suited for anything else.

The rounded tip of the jaws makes them much easier to get into tight spots.

It may be ok for basic household usage but if you need to grip something tightly it will dent/damage the treads that grip the object you are working on. Also, when gripping very small objects the spring loaded bar that holds the grip together pops out. If you need a long lasting good tool you will need to find another option. If you just want a tool to use on occasion and without precision this will work. I would have returned it but after one use the treads are dented and so I’ll only get 50% back and have to pay for postage. Product is made in China.
