I bought this to help with prolonged water fasting. used it twice with himalayan salt during keto and IF. i think its works well and does not break ketosis.

I have active life style and take Rehydration drinks in the summer heat avoiding tea and coffee for energy. I want them sugar and caffeine free. So I decided adding the salts that are normally prepackaged in IRS and taste awful into my diet or drinks such as lime soda that I take with Stevia instead of sugar. This potassium chloride replenishes energy levels really well. It tastes salty and quite pleasant. I ate it just on a cucumber and it taste just fine, almost like weak salt. No smell. Packaging is great. I appreciated plastic container instead of the zip bag. Price in compatible. It's now a new staple next to stevia. Appreciate the seller.

Mild effects and helps within 2-3 dosage no scoop or spoon inside but seems effective also on the expensive side but till now no side effects

It will take you sometime to get used to the metallic taste potassium chloride. I guess wherever you buy , whatever product that comes with potassium chloride might taste this way. So I am happy.
