Product received not at shown in pictures
Quality wise the product is good and speed is amazing for basic work like excel, word, ppt but not good for heavy games. It doesnt have graphics card an onboard chip supoorts somewhat. But its value for money. Unfortunately I need to return it because I received different model with VGA instead of display port. The product is very compact and tiny. It runs 4K video easily. Go for it if you wish you to have mini pc with moderate performance. The CPU can hit 2.3-2.5Ghz max but it can lead to heat the box due to heavy loads.

Good for browsing, Youtube, text editing: silent.
Got it a few months ago from here and happy. Silent, no fan inside, still cool. Power consumption below 10W. Buy a M2 SSD and an 8 GB memory, slot them in and download Windows 10 or 11 for free as permanent trial. Fluent Youtube at full HD, good for text editing, normal home user stuff. Solid build quality, a recommend..

Mediocre Product needs to be taken out of market
The Mini PC was purchased on 31/10/2023. Just switched on with HDMI. No display. Not even entering in to BIOS. Clear manufacturing defect. Informed Amazon but it was reluctant to replace or refund. Advised me to present it to the service centre. I have done so. The faulty PC is still in service centre and the service centre is taking its own time (need a month time to repair ?). Those who intend to purchase this may think twice. Mediocre product. Never seen such a PC that refuses to show display despite switching ON after loading new (2x8)16GB RAM and 500GB NVMe SSD. Payment has gone to wind. I am an Amazon customer since 2013 and watching it's customer service which is deteriorating. Those who want to test their luck can go for this item. Others may stay away from this product in order to save your money 💰

Have purchased 4 of these past 6 months, working pretty well till date
Allows creating a very compact PC with solid office performance for around 14K(miniPC) + 3K(Crucial SSD+RAM) + 1K(KB+M) + 6K(24inAcerMonitor) + 2K(FoxinUPS) = 26K INR approximately.Better than most deals, and it allows it to be pretty compact, which is always a premium.Have run AutoCAD and Blender on it as well, handles it decently, even if stuttering a little bit.And simultaneous 16 (even 32 or more) streams on CP PLus's Security Camera Software. When I first saw it on YT on a random channel, it was branded as the INR 10K PC, but seems that I was not able to catch that deal, but still good value RN at 13.5K.Attached images are the first build I made with this unit.

Works as mentioned
It doesn't work with firewalls like pfsense and opensense (ethernet not supported), although it's working fine with ipfire firewall. It works better with OS like windows and Linux
