Great game, won't be disappointed
My two kids, 8 and 6 year olds (who had already watched and really liked the movie) love it. Great graphics and action. What is interesting (and one of the reasons I decided to buy this game) is that they are able to play together. The game developers have added a nice touch to this feature: when the two players are close to each other, there is a single screen on the TV. When they walk away from each other, the screen splits into two, and each player gets to do their own thing independently. When they get closer to each other again, the two screens merge into one.Another interesting feature is that every player gets to do their own thing, that the other player can't really do: for some things a female character is the right person, for other things the male character has to do the job (every person can switch between a male or female character). So, there is less competition between the two players (e.g. who is going to beat up the bad guy) and more of a synergistic effect. All in all, a very good game: the kids have fun. Highly recommended.

Brilliant Lego Game as always but...
...it's not the strongest game in the Lego collection. As presumed, this game is tailored more for children than any other Lego game I have played. Obviously I can't complain because essentially they ARE children's games, but just to warn anyone who enjoyed the Lego Marvel, or LOTR games, this feels like a simplified platform. Saying this I still enjoyed the whole game and I thought the selection of characters was great. I definitely advise watching the movie before playing this as it will ruin a fantastic film. The pace and edited cutscenes from the game do not do the movie justice at all but if you have seen it before playing then it will make much more sense. I would still recommend this game to Lego fans but be aware that it can be completed 100% in 1/4 time of Lego Marvel.

Everything is awesome ...
This is one heck of a game for kids and their grandads alike... it's colourful... addictive tunes and catchy music... and its action all the way... once you begin... you are determined to finish each level ... I bought this for my own use here at home on the Emerald isle... but a couple of years ago I went to see my wee grandson in Scotland and bought him this game .. we played it for days... and i mean days... and eventually after a lot of diluting juice, buns, biscuits, ham sandwiches and cheese rolls ....and some shushing and growling .. with 1,000,000 points and all characters collected... we WON!!!!... Unfortunately when you win... the next time you load in the game to continue... it has got back to square one and no characters and no points ... so you have to start swearing ... I mean playing ... all over again ... but in saying that... this is one heck of a game, and we are very glad we bought it ... 110% HIGHLY Recommended...

Better than film. Tonnes of characters to collect, not as boring & repetitive as other Lego games - recommended for kids
Played Demo fair few times, despite not been a big Lego game fan (find them all samey, just different topic) and finding film flat & generally just not very good - this is actually quite a good little game.Won't take very long to complete, but tonnes of characters to collect which may give it bit more longevity than many other kids games... Still think Rayman (Legends is excellent & looks amazing) and Mario are much better buys though!!

Game fab but disappointed it can't be completed
My boys loved playing this but there seems to be a problem with the game where one of the levels cannot be completed. If this hadn't been the case would have gave 5 stars

Disappointing
I've bought all the previous Lego games and although they are very much alike, they are entertaining and good fun to buy. But this one, whilst diverging from previous formats slightly, left me feeling that the developers rushed to get this one out in time for the release of the film. It is full of bugs and glitches, especially in two player mode and on some levels impossible to complete because of this. It was also far too short, taking less than twenty hours to complete in single player. For all that it's enjoyable in places but oh so frustrating in others!

love the game
Had the game before but got damaged so bought this for my son as he missed it, I play it with him and we've completed it but there's still si much to do in story mode that he can still go to it and play and alot cheaper than I used to be great for the price

One of the better Lego games
One of the better Lego games, but very short and not much replay value. My 5 year old daughter finished it and unlocked all characters on her own in 4 days (on rainy summer holiday). Pretty easy, but she loves it and still plays it even though there is not much else for her to do.
