Very tasty just the right amount of spice and pickle flavor. Goes great with just about any food esoecially added to salads. Only thing i noticed the smaller sized garlics are thoroghly pickled and more crunchy. Which i like better. The larger sized are soft in the middle which makes them more like chewing uncooked garlic. Not sure if this is how they are suppose to be. I just prefer if all were thoroughly crisp and crunchy. Overall is very tasty and good flavoring. Very addictive too.

We are huge garlic fans and we have tried a couple brand throughout the years. We ended up settling for a very well made, flavorible farm make one. When I couldn't make it out to the farm this year I came across Fosters. Fantastic!! The flavor is great, the packaging great, and it is great for you. They have my business for as long as I can continue to buy it. Of course a saving for returning customers is always nice, 😃, but still it is worth every penny.

I'm a huge fan of pickled garlic, but stores around here have stopped carrying it for some reason. I haven't been able to find the brand I used to get and so I rolled the dice on these Foster's. It was a mistake. At first I worried about the seal being broken, as the package smelled of garlic and the color wasn't great (brine is brown, garlic is getting there). One of the jars also seems to be missing some liquid. The jar I opened did seem to be sealed, as the lid had no give before opening but now "pops" when pressed. But I'm still skeptical. The cloves themselves don't look good. The misleading images suggest a nice white clove, but these are grey, brown, and green. All the wrong colors. I know garlic can bruise and still be edible, but it's not a great visual.I tried some cloves, and whether it's a problem with the seal or just overall quality control...it isn't good. The flavor is very sweet and hot, and the garlic is strong in the wrong ways. The texture is mushy, lacking the crunch you'd expect. Even if these are "safe" and not compromised in terms of the seal and packing, I don't think I'll be able to eat and enjoy them. And why take the risk for such an unsatisfactory product? Really disappointed. Should have known better, won't be ordering food on Amazon again.

The garlic is very good but I just got spoiled to buying the Christian ranch brand which is the best I've heard because it comes from the garlic cup of the world in California and it's so soft but it's also too salty for me an expensive so that's why I switched to fosters and it's less salt less expensive and a slight crunch to the garlic cloves themselves but that's no big deal as I was just a spoiled brat

I just like to munch on the cloves as a snack.

I like pickled garlic that’s still “al dente” but these garlic cloves get close to raw garlic texture and are not salty and savory enough for my preferences (I had other pickled garlic brands that were more to my liking).Personal taste varies and so this may be perfect for you, it just wasn’t for me.

This stuff is awesome. Difficult to put back in the fridge. Tastes great. Looked all natural as well. Great snack, very satisfying!! Thank you Fosters.
