Makes floral arrangements look nicer as you don't see all the stems and such. A very small amount goes a long way. I used 2 Tablespoons and it filled a 15 inch tall wide mouth vase. Beads come extremely tiny, like the size of the tip of a pencil. But once in water for 4 plus hours they grew to approximately 100 times their size. Not sure if you can reuse them as after a few days when I dumped them they were slimy. The bag will last forever as you don't need much, so I just threw them out and will use a new batch next time.Note - I did use a skiny vase inside as I was using faux flowers and didn't want them to get wet.

I saw the idea on Pinterest to float items inside the water beads in a vase, and it looked beautiful. There were no instructions, so I just put what I thought was enough in a vase and added water the next day the water beads were overflowing all over the place. My advice is to look up videos on how much you should put in a vase before adding water

These polymer beads are exactly as described. Put a teaspoon full in a large container, add water and the beads will absorb many times their weight of water in a couple of hours. Each little bead swells to almost 1/2" in diameter - the size of a marble. So a little bit dried will make a huge amount when hydrated. They will dry out over time so you can use them over and over.If you order colored beads, they will appear more pastel when hydrated. Red will look pink, etc.The beads are really useful. I mix hydrated beads with potting soil to help the soil retain water longer. I make my own air fresheners by adding essential oils to already hydrated beads. (they only absorb water) I put them in clear glass vases to hold fresh flowers.They might look like tapioca based Boba but these beads are not edible. Keep them away from kids and pets.

Good size and so fun.

These were very small. I would get a bigger size next time but they still work for my purpose

I don’t know what I was thinking but these beads are so tiny and hard to measure how much I needed. They work and will last a lifetime.

Used this for centrepieces for a wedding. Looked beautiful and only took a few hours to fully form in water. Quick delivery and very pleased with the purchase.

Purchased to use for some floating pearls as a centrepiece in an upcoming conference and trialled to ensure it would work. It worked beautifully. Can’t wait to see the finished piece on the night in full effect. Photo is 4 teaspoons of water gel left overnight. This pic is before topping up the water so the beads are not visible.

OMG I love these so much. Just be careful on how many beads you use as they really do grow. They are long lasting and have looked fabulous with the coloured beads I also bought for my Christmas table decorations.

I only put about 3/4 tablespoon in a mixing bowl and this is the result. The mixing bowl is the one you find in Ikea so it’s a LOT!!! Couldn’t be happier with this product. I can now start making my Christmas vase.
