Comfortable! I have purchased many pillows that are supposed to relieve neck pain but do not deliver. This pillow is not advertised as a pain reliever but for me it is. It is adjustable for your individual comfort. It is easy to remove some filling if you want it softer or add more if you want it firmer. The company gives you some extra filling with your pillow if you need to make it firmer. There is not much of a “new smell” to it but if you are sensitive put the pillow out in the sun it will fluff the pillow & it will smell fresh. Good quality & reasonable price.

Game changer for travel! My husband and I went on a long road trip and I got one of these pillows to use during that time. I am so in love with the firmness of this pillow - it's super comfy and supportive even with its small size. The compactness is excellent for traveling. It holds its shape really well and is great quality. If I could give TEN STARS I would!!!

I am a hot sleeper so I was excited to try this pillow. Purchased 2, one for me and one for my husband. I slept on pillow for several nights and like it so far. I do still wake up hot but feel like pillow does have somewhat of a cooling effect. My husband removed some stuffing as he likes a flatter pillow. I do like the support provided from pillow and that pillow doesn't stay squashed after using for hours. Nice having option to adjust thickness by removing or adding stuffing back. Overall a good product.

I can’t believe how great this pillow is! It feels like my favorite feather pillow. I can bunch it up to support my neck, or squish it. Last time I traveled, the pillows were those huge fluffy thins with no support! I bought this for plane trips, but it’s small enough that I’ve decided to pack it on any trip. It’s also easy to get into its protective cover!Love it!

First one of these I ordered had a small hole. Exchanged it with no issues. Second one I got thankfully didn't have any holes. So I went to take some of the stuffing out. First, the foam is not consistently sized. You have big chunks, flat chunks. Then of concern is that its not just foam in there. There's pieces of cardboard in there. It's not hard, but if you are sensitive to how things feel, this isn't for you. I guess the pillow feels...okay. But the level of comfort may not be worth dealing with those other issues.

I sleep with a pillow u der my chin to reduce snoring. Bought this to replace a older travel pillow. This one is pretty big. I wouldn't be trying to smash this down to stuff in a bag. It's going to stay home. It's kinds big for a travel pillow too at 13'x19". And no pillow case was included. The whole "it has a case on it" is gross. I bought a 14"x20" Toddler pillow case cover that is very snug because its stuffed so well. It's a pretty firm pillow all in all.
