I have got slight arthritis in my neckI have also got some past injuries, so I get a lot of lower neck painI put this on the maximum setting on the first heating mode at maximum temperature and put a Hoodie around it to press it against my neck because this works betterIt stops after 15 minutes, but I just keep restarting it throughout the night while I’m sat relaxingI use mine upside down because it just works better for meI would highly recommend this item because for the price it’s amazing after two evenings of use until the unit goes flat which is a good couple of hours each time I have no neck pain

Used this for a week, had to visit doctor as started getting neck pain and headaches.When informed doctor, he immediately confirmed the reason and warned me not to use this again as it gives electric current sought of sparks which are mot good for body.Waste if money and now putting it in a bin and purchasing a regular roller type neck massager.

Had neck pain for a while, seen doctor and have been doing exercises but to no success. Thought I'd give this product a try but had no great expectations. Used this neck massager for just over a week and the pain has almost gone. Fits snug around the neck and quite comfortable. Easy to use, battery lasts very well with no need for leads to be plugged in while using the product. Would recommend this product, works very well for me, amazed at the results.

Difficult to operate not worth the money.

I had this sever temperature with immense pain on my neck so i ordered this product! As soon i received this product i put it on use and have got alot of releif from pain and stress! I am using it even the pain is gone as i feel so relaxed and my whole work stress is gone as soon as i switch it on! The charging time is also good. Must try!!

This item was advertised as a relaxing neck massager. Upon arrival i tested this item out and it just gave me painful eletric shocks it was not relaxing at all.

It has different settings and feels good, complimentary to a kneader machine and physio. This works via electrical pulsating, which feels stimulating and beneficial. Helps circulation and nerve pathways in my opinion as a qualified massage therapist. Good for those who don't go to massage therapies. I Reccomened buying a kneader to use alongside for optimal at home therapy.
