This is actually a bigger log book than I was expecting. Purchased to give to newer beekeepers who are just starting to inspect their colonies. It will help keep them focused on the task and what to be on the lookout for making their inspections more purposeful. Being waterproof is a big plus as well. Covers all I need and the water proof pages are a must.

If you want you use this as a flip book then be prepared for the pages to fall out when using in the field. Super Annoying when you’re using them with a box full of bees. Pages and Checklists are useful, “Spiral” binding is pretty terrible.

Thought it would be a great gift for all my mentors as a beekeeper but it seemed silly when I actually got it. These hard working people out in the fields we’re not, imo, going to fill in little emojis etc.They have been doing these notes. Great idea !
