Pricey but nice for a change and great taste, a bit lemony

This was terrible. There was nothing about this sauce that made me think "mmmm….alfredo." It had a weird grainy mouth feel and it was very sour, acidic-like, and to top it off- it was 7.99! Even if I accepted that it wasn't alfredo sauce, it still had a very unpleasant flavor. Save your money and your taste buds.

If you expect this to taste just like alfredo sauce, you will be disappointed. However if you go into it with an open mind instead of preconceived ideas... and taste this for what it is... you very will might like it. I love artichokes, I love that this is vegan, I love that it comes in a glass jar (no BPA or other plasticisers), I love that it is quick and easy, I love the creamy texture. I like the taste. The kitchen smells funny after heating this up, but it is worth it. After trying it once from our local health food store, I bought a case from Amazon. I personally like to add Go Vegi Vegan Parmesan Cheese on top of the Victoria Vegan Alfredo Sauce.

I can only buy 1 every other week and use small amounts at a time because it is so expensive. But, the reason why is because it is literally the absolute most DELICIOUS pesto ever. Honestly I don't use it as a traditional pasta sauce, I use it for so many other things like salads and sandwiches. Every raw vegan should try this at least once!

I'm not sure if they changed their product or if my taste has just evolved but I bought this many times over the past few years and moved on to other brands. I thought I'd splurge and give this a try again and I threw out the jar full. It's not that great but if you need a vegan option and can't find other brands this will work but I suggest making your own.

I really don’t know how this is something that costs money. I took a bite and threw the rest away. Sometimes I don’t like something but I can imagine how someone else might. We all have personal tastes. I really can’t imagine anyone liking this. It is soooo goopey and flavorless. It was like tossing spaghetti in a mixture of mucus, paste, and oat slime. Homemade vegan alfredo, while it doesn’t really taste like alfredo, is good. Just make it yourself. This stuff is truly heinous

I have been vegan for a decade, and I’m usually very receptive to vegan alternatives. This was not it… I could make my own Alfredo from cashews way better. The texture was grainy, and it had a sour acidity to it rather than a cheesy umami flavor. This was just not good and I can’t believe I spent so much on a bottle that went to the trash.
