Large ‘Deep Sided’ Cage Platform Garden Trolley - Includes Liner and Tool Shelf. Perfect for Gardeners OT1011

My son tried to construct the components together, claiming the holes were misaligned, so I called the supplier who stated they had never had a problem with the trolley. So I attempted the reconstruction myself to establish "if you want to something right - you should do it yourself". The instruction manual was so short (even with glasses on) I ended up using a magnifying glass. It did take the best part of a day to construct, but once done, I must say I was totally impressed by the load capacity the trolley can hold. I hope this product is long lasting, but if not I will definitely purchase again.

I'm giving this product 5 stars not just because it's great quality but because the customer service is second to none! There are lots of garden trolleys out there, but many of them seem a bit suspect when you read the reviews: incomplete kits, poorly made parts, incomprehensible instructions, no customer support etc. This product is different - yes the kit was missing one vital part, but Ollies Trolleys could not have been more helpful in sorting out the problem: I was dreading that they they were going to ask me to dismantle, repackage and return the kit to replace it with a new one but no, they sent me the spare part. The instructions were pretty good - a bunch of boy scouts put this one together - and the finished item seems sturdy. We're off to camp today and the trolley will be used for lugging heavy kit around the site so that'll be a good test.

Excellent product! Use it for general garden work and transporting logs to the log shed. The tool tray is useful. It is easy to assemble, with good instruction sent via email from Ollies. The drop sides are also useful. A good product!

Excellent value for money,easy to assemble and light to manoeuvre.fit for purpose, only down side is the size of spanners needed to assemble it, I found imperial spanners fitted best

This trolley deserves a five star rating for its manoeuvrability, robustness and ease of transport (neatly fits in the back of a Seat Alhambra type vehicle). The company, Ollie's Trolleys also deserves five stars for helpfulness, courtesy and response time. I reckon by using the trolley this afternoon instead of a wheel barrow I cut the time the job (moving a huge pile of rotten logs from the bottom of a long garden to a skip) by two thirds and removed the risk of hurting my back thus saving pounds on physio treatments. So worth every penny. Steering is easy (even with a very heavy load), the turning circle tight and the pneumatic wheels make getting over a low step (on to a terrace) easy too. I wish I had bought the trolley years ago - it would have helped when student children moved into university and when helping family and friends moving house. I strongly recommend the trolley and Ollie's.
