I had high hopes for this product, but upon receipt, I plugged it in two or three different times, and it would never charge! Returning it, instead of exchanging it, and will order a different brand of a similar product

Easy to grip and charged out of the box. It just doesn’t make that much of a noticeable difference to my skin so far after a couple of weeks worth of use (I have fine lines).

I am 73 years old and after two weeks, I saw my neck tighten and had contour in my cheeks. I used it every morning through each of the three cycles, but now find it more relaxing as a nighttime routine.

Well, this product works very well. That's confirmed by my husband. Unless he is just flattering me. Hmmm. I don't think so. He is not usually one to throw casual compliments around. So, I will take him at his word. Personally, I find it is a good product. Easy to use and comfortable. I have developed an evening ritual with it and have found it a pleasant time to look forward to each evening. I feel it has helped to keep my skin firm and youthful looking. At least I haven't gotten worse! But seriously, my honest husband would tell me if that were the case. And my eyes would know. So, is it worth the effort? I believe it is so. At least I believe it enough to stick to my evening routine!

I’ve enjoyed this product! Only negative is that when running blue light it seems to get hot fast.
