This arrived 10/28, was put in a kennel for foster kittens on 10/29. Today is 11/7 and one of the “metal” clips broke in half where it hooks to the kennel. The kitten weighs 2.5 pounds.Luckily I saw it break, so was able to console the kitten who was scared when she fell & to get the broken piece safely out of the kennel. Proceed with caution and watch carefully if you choose this item.

I got a couple of these for my rabbits and they work great! All my rabbits are less than 5lbs and it supports them no problem. The clips work well and are easy to use. Good buy for the price!

I bought this for a runt bunny who has too much energy and loves climbing. I thought she might enjoy climbing up into it and hanging out, and she actually loves on it so much that it's barely hanging on anymore. She's had it for maybe two months and keeps clawing and chewing the straps, but even so it's still kicking it and it will probably last 2 more months. Every time I enter the room she's up in it. Well worth the money. When she does eventually destroy it, I'll be buying a new one. The "suction power" rating doesn't make sense since it has lobster claw straps that attach easily to any cage. Either way, they are good hooks that hold up well.

Soaks up with piss and will make your whole room smell of rat urine... when cleaning it I hand wash it as I do not want to contaminate my clothing. I clean it once a week and the amount of piss that sticks to it is insane! I only have 2 female rats.It’s not as soft as I thought it would be upon receiving it.Very easy for rats to chew the hooks and then it doesn’t hang anymore.Does add a cute decoration to their cage and a nice sleeping alternative, it’s just so messy and filthy.

The silver clasp broke within 2 days. I'm so thankful my kitten didn't it in his mouth... He would have choked ... I don't advise anyone to buy it could end in a fmvery bad situation.

This broke after a week of my 3 pound cat laying in it. The clip broke off. I tried rigging it and using it again and the other strap tore off.

I had been looking for a good hangout place (no pun intended) for my rats. Since I put the hammock in their cage, they won't spend time anywhere else. They bring rags up there and snuggle for hours. It is clearly their favorite place. Just make sure that your cage is big enough to hang it without it drooping too much. Mine is about 17x22 inches, and it was just big enough.
