I’ve been using GHOST Legend pre-workout in the mornings, and I’m really happy with it. The ingredients seem solid, and the price is definitely fair for what you get.I get the Sour Warhead flavor, and I can say the flavor is pretty decent—a soury apple taste that’s refreshing. Just a heads-up: if you dry scoop this or chug it, expect to be looking like the Warhead picture—super intense and puckered! lolThis stuff packs plenty of caffeine and beta-alanine to really thrust you into your workout. It doesn’t just wake me up—it gets me into full throttle mode. Good Pre, little overpriced for the servings amount.
Taste is great, little thicker to drink than what I'm use to probably because so much power is in one scope. Energy level is good, price is on the higher side for only 20 servings.

Ghost has been one of my favorite brands so get workout supplements and this blue raspberry is my favorite pre-workout flavor from ghost so far. This pre-workout also gives me a lot less of the itchiness you get from other pre-workout (or i may just be getting used to it now) and it helps to kick start my workout! I definitely recommend! With the legend all out being so much stronger sometimes I only use half a scoop so my pre workout will last me for a lot longer than the typical 30 servings. I also love that all the ghost powders have the scoop lodged just under the lid so you do not need to dig the scoop out of the powder! That's one of the best parts about opening a new pre-workout from them!

Tastes Great
Great for maximum effort gym days or for a long day full of tasks and errands for those like me who have ADHD and an incurable chronic illness that depletes all of your energy after doing anything at all!Highly recommend!

Not the same ingredients as in store, has artificial color.
I bought the cherry limeade recently from Amazon which came in a smaller and slightly heavier tub compared to the two tubs I bought from vitaminshoppe. The Amazon tub has a slightly different formula (same ingredients, different ratio) but what disappointed me the most is the Amazon tub use Red #40 dye vs. the vitaminshoppe tub using beet juice for the red dye. Aside from that, this version of legend is quite good and I’d say it’s comparable to gorilla mode but a better daily driver.
