This memory neck pillow is so comfortable. Its for side, back, or stomach sleepers. It also comes with a removable case to clean it. It also has two different heights, just by moving it around, one side is higher than the other. Quality of material used in manufacturing this pillow is excellent, its very heavy duty. Its not heavy in weight but it looks and feels well made. Its about medium feeling when you lay your head on it. Not a hard or a soft pillow. I'm rating this memory pillow a 5 for its quality of workmanship, the way its made for different heights and it has and it has a removable case to clean. This pillow is so comfortable, you'll get a restful night sleep using it plus you'll get your money worth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I stupidly washed my old memory foam pillow in the washer, wasn't thinking I just was washing all of my bed stuff and threw it in with a normal pillow. That one was a goner, thought I could dry it out, but to no ones surprise I could in fact not. So long story short I cut it up into little pieces and threw it into a garbage bag before my family got home. One day shipping came in clutch. Sleep quality:AMAZING, my old memory foam was too thick and it was giving me BAD consistent shoulder and back pain! I didn't realize it was the pillow until I bought this one and it went away. Cooling:Cooling genuinely works from my experience, the pillow is always cool I never feel it overheat and I am sensitive to temperature when sleeping. Thickness:Just the right thickness, not crazy hard but also supports the neck, I'd say give it a try if you've experienced back and shoulder pain and can't figure it out where its coming from. Comfort:Very soft, I've even slept on it with just the white cover it comes with and it is super soft I love it. The pillow is going to need a little bit to fluff out so just give it some time and it should plush itself out slowly after you remove it from the packaging.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This memory foam pillow was surprising, especially for the price. It definitely stays cool all night. The first couple nights it felt a bit stiff, but after that it softened up, and I really come to like how it feels under my head. Really do give this a few nights to get used to it.

This pillow has been amazing for me! It has great neck support, fits perfectly in my king size pillow cases, and leaves me feeling refreshed. It’s cool and a little on the heavy side but it’s not bad. I haven’t attempted washing it just yet but this pillow will be bought again so I can have one for my partner as well!

It's very comfortable but I am not using it for sleeping, but for sitting, since I have sciatica and when riding in the backseat on a long trip I need a cushion to make the trip in comfort. I'm sure it would be great for sleeping too!

So I’ve slept with this pillow three nights so far. It’s pretty good not as thick or as firm as I thought it was going to be. Depending upon your needs you may want something thicker or more firm but the best way to do that is to just test out different memory foam pillows and find out what’s best for you. I would say when using this pillow, your head will most likely sink to where it’s flat as opposed to a pillow that will raise your head up a bit. I might update this review in a week or two see how the pillow ends up working out.
