Worth a GO
Tasty! Gave me the āumphā to add a new PR to deadlifts. Texture was great, easy enough to go down the hatch. My energy level is still pretty high from eating the bar 5 hours ago. Itās definitely worth a GO

Best sweet treat pre-workout snack with quick carbs
Quick carbs that make for the best pre-workout! I especially love that they use gluten free oats. Easy on the stomach, and very tasty! Sweet, which I like. Good texture. Filling enough for my morning training sessions so I don't have to train on an empty stomach.

Great carbs for long runs
I'm not a big fan of eating before I run but with long runs, it's definitely an important part. These bars have been a life saver. Light and easy to digest and haven't had any issues with it hurting my stomach.

Convenient, portable, fortified nutrition
I purchased these for my brother who is undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy so that he has fortified nutrition for the hours and hours it takes for infusions. He said they were good. Itās wonderful to have the convenience of fortified nutrition that can easily be taken along to chemotherapy.

Tastes so good and simple. Just tastes like chewy oats with a tiny dash of vanilla. Immaculate. Eat one every morning and feel full until early lunch.
