These are my favorite gels for running that I've had so far. They have natural ingredients, they taste great, and they have an appropriate nutrient profile for endurance activities (particularly with the sodium too).I've seen some people complaining about the consistency, but that's one of my favorite features about these. They are quite liquidy, allowing for me to quickly and easily get them down.My one critique is that they are quite expensive, almost the same price as maurten gels which are seen as the most expensive gel option, as I understand it.Perhaps as the company continues to grow + with economies of scale, this price can be brought down. But regardless, I will continue to buy them at this price as they are my favorite. Would recommend giving them a try.

I've been on a mission to find the "perfect" running gel, trying out a bunch of different brands lately. This was my first time with this particular one, and I actually didn't realize until after I bought it that it's from Nick Bare, a YouTuber I've been subscribed to for a while.What I Liked:Apple Cinnamon Taste: I really enjoyed the Apple Cinnamon flavor. It wasn't artificial or overly sweet like some others I’ve tried. It tasted more like actual apple and cinnamon, which was a nice change.Good Energy & Electrolytes: It has a good blend of sodium, potassium and carbs, which helps especially on longer efforts.Easy on the Stomach: No issues with digestion, which is always a huge win with gels.Any Cons?None so far.

Consistency is good, flavor is amazing, and clean ingredients are a big bonus! I was previously using Gu’s for my long run fuel, but found my stomach unhappy most of the time with the poor ingredients it had. These do not bother my stomach whatsoever. I don’t think I’ll be buying a different brand again.

If you like the taste of apple sauce (think GoGo Squeeze pouches) then you’ll love the taste of these gels. After trying several brands, they are far and away my favorite in terms of taste. I also feel a noticeable burst in energy roughly 15 mins after popping one of these which is true to what they claim on their marketing materials.The only two downsides I’ve noticed is the price which tends to be slightly higher than other brands in the market and the packaging seems to be sharp which could cause a cut on the side of your mouth if you’re ripping one of these while mid-run. That said, it’s a great product and my go-to for running fuel.

These things taste awesome. I actually look forward to taking them on long runs. Never been excited about gels before. They typically taste pretty awful but these are different. Highly recommend.

I ordered these to take on my long runs. Great stuff and tasted great, and easy on the tummy, but the consistency wasn’t for me. I like the honey base. This stuff is more like apple sauce.

I am subscribe and saved to these and don’t get me wrong they are great and would give 5 stars but they are always shipped in a bag and come damaged, rendering the cool display and packaging useless. 1 star for Amazon, 5 for BPN. I’ve tried to return/refund via Amazon but it seems I have to go through the manufacturer everytime which I am not going to do. Get it together and ship it in a box.
