Elvis Blue Hawaii birthday theme is in full swing
At first with them being in shrink wrap, I wasn't expecting much. However, once opened and separated out, they are vibrant and will be perfect for the Elvis Hawaiian birthday party I am giving. I am very pleased with them. Just don't expect authentic leis like you would get in Hawaii but still a fun colorful accessory.

These were so fun. Had these for my daughters birthday party and she loved handing them out to the whole party. They are a little scratchy around the neck on the plastic part. But they are pretty and great for parties

Worked for what it was intended
Bought these for a birthday party. Cheap, but pierces fell off constantly. If you don't mind finding plastic lei pieces months later go for it.

Make time for fluffing
They worked well for the end of year party. They arrived fast, and in a vacuum sealed package so they were pretty squished. I sprayed them with a water bottle and used the hair dryer to fluff them up.
