Feels sturdy, lightweight and versatile for a subset of your gear
I was researching for a long time to have a small bag for my camera, that only holds the base necessities and could carry my gear with me at all times without bringing too much attention to it.My goal was to be able to accommodate a Canon R7 with RF100-400MM lens attached, hood reversed. I can add a strap, extra battery, cleaning tools - phone, charger. The inside is soft, wish it was more lint free with more bottom support without the insert. With the insert, it is more rigid, has more support and versatile to hold a body and a couple of smaller lenses. It actually is able to hold The R7 with the RF100-500mm attached too. If the hood is on backwards, I suggest giving extra support on the bottom between the lens hood and camera to have a better support for them. The R7's viewfinder makes it a little difficult to get the setup in and out of the bag though. If the bag was only a half inch longer and a half-1 inch wider, it would be more comfortable for the bigger lens setup. It is sturdy, lightweight and just enough for what I need. I am glad there is no "in your face" brand label on it that shouts camera gear.I would recommend this bag, have been using it daily for about a month. I'll update this review if anything changes.

Excellent Travel Bag
The review is for K&F 12L Sling Bag, if you are looking to purchase this bag, I am sure you have already have viewed the numerous reviews on YouTube for the 10L Sling. As far as I can see the 12L sling answers most of those question. The 12L has a padded strap and it has 2 outer pockets on each side for a water bottle or whatever you would like to place in them. The 2 issues that most of the videos on the 10L bag are addressed on the 12L sling, and the size difference between the 10L & the 12L is very marginal. This bag comes with several inserts compared to the 10L which has a single insert that you can fold in a few different ways. The build quality is good, maybe not the best padding but it appears to do the job. I have Peak Design 6L sling and took a look at the 10L sling but I though the bag was bit to large even though they are both listed as 10L bags. The layout of all the pockets works very well for me and the bag has plenty room for most of your camera gear, but as we know one bag does not work for everyone. For the price and what you are getting I think it is a very good value for your dollar.

A reality check on what fits
This is supposed to be a 10L bag. Technically, it might be, but in practice, not so much. The origami insert takes an enormous amount of space out of the bag. I ended up removing it and using other insert separators I already had. Once I did this, I was able to insert three lenses plus peripherals like batteries, filters, and SD cards. In the picture you can see that it will hold an RF 100-400 (7.5"h), an RF 16, and an EF 24-105 (6.3"h) with the RF adapter attached. All lenses have hoods attached in the reverse position. With the provided origami insert, the zoom lenses are too tall to install upright in the bag. With three lenses in the bag, my camera has to be carried outside the bag with a capture clip. An alternative would be to put my R8 camera with the 24-105 lens attached in the bag, with only one of the prime lenses. Compared to the Peak Design 10L sling bag, the K&F bag is easier to insert and remove lenses because it isn't as rigid. Obviously, the K&F bag is much cheaper. I would recommend this bag even though it is smaller than I expected since the published dimensions are a tad exaggerated.

Great bag for camera and edc!
I bought this bag before a weeklong overseas trip and I carry a nikon z6 with a 24-70 2.8 lens which is quite large and heavy. this bag carried it no problem and I also daily carried a battery bank, extra camera batteries and other everyday carry accessories. My favorite thing about this bag is its design and materials, one day I got rained on hard, but the bag kept everything inside completely dry. It also looks good! The strap also has a padded portion which helped with long days.

Perfect Everyday Camera Sling for Light Travel
This sling bag is great for everyday photography outings. It easily fits my Canon EOS R with the RF 24-105mm attached, plus my RF 35mm, a few filters, and some cleaning gear. It’s compact, lightweight, and super convenient for short trips or quick shoots around town. For longer journeys or carrying more gear, I’d still go with a full backpack, but this is my go-to for casual travel days. I do wish K&F included more dividers, as they are super useful and versatile in the bag.

Perfect Everyday Camera Bag!
Really liking this K&F sling bag! It’s compact but fits way more than I expected—camera, a couple lenses, and still room for extras. The 2-in-1 design is awesome for switching things up, and it’s comfortable to wear all day.Zippers feel solid, the material’s tough, and it doesn’t scream “camera bag,” which I love. Perfect for quick shoots, hikes, or travel. Great bang for the buck!
