Love this pad for hip thrusts. I was going up in weight and the bare bar was super painful. I saw another girl at the gym using it and asked her if she liked it, she spoke very highly of the brand and told me where I could get it. She was right! The padding is thick and firm without being uncomfortable, the build quality seems really good since it's survived my treatment so far.I've used gym cleaner on it, launched it across the room, and left it in my car in varying temps and it has survived just fine so far. No peeling, pitting, denting, nothing. Bear in mind that I do not use it daily, it's a once or twice a week thing at best for when I do those specific exercises. I'll try to update this when I know for sure what weight it can handle without being painful/uncomfortable for the user. I haven't tried it for squats, so I can't speak on its comfort for that.The value for what you get is great. It's a great pad and the designs are all beautiful.

This pad is a lifesaver on my neck while I'm doing squats. It's a perfect fit for my home gym and looks nice too. I'm sure it can be used on different machines, but I only needed it for one bar. It's a good value for the money and a quality product. The velcro is pretty strong to prevent the pad from sliding on the bar.

Me gustó mucho esta esponja. La uso para hacer hip thrusts y sentadillas, y ya no me duele la cadera ni los hombros. Se siente cómoda y no se mueve. La recomiendo si haces ejercicios con barra.

Amazing for high bar squats! I would recommend the one with Velcro instead of the one with the straps. I would highly recommend this if you experience discomfort when squatting.

Pad works extremely well when in place. Had to add two velcro straps to hold onto the bar to prevent rolling.
