I am probably at the end of the rapid weight loss part of keto, but still needing to shed maybe 15lbs, I started on two of these a day a couple of weeks back and have gotten rid of about 5 more. All flavors I've tried have been good (I mix it with 3 tbsp of melted butter, 1 tbsp of MCT oil, and fill a 28oz shaker the rest of the way with warm water and let it sit overnight), though some are more subtle than others. I like that they offer the Core option with beef protein and Stevia, but their standard series with milk protein and sucralose tastes and mixes better. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. I know it seems expensive at first glance, but if you were eating fast food once or twice a day, you'd probably be spending more. Good luck to all with your health goals and give Keto chow a try!

Love the taste, curbs those sweet cravings

I like a lot of their flavors - but this one is just horrible.

I love the pumpkin spice caramel Keto Chow but it’s now unavailable. I use it in my coffee to make it “gourmet.” Doing a ketovore lifestyle this really helps keep me full throughout the mornings. Trying to find a replacement, I tried a few flavors and the vanilla cream was just lacking. I thought I could add to it to make it more like my pumpkin but it just doesn’t have the same texture and thickness of the pumpkin. I’ve ordered choc toffee and that’s a good replacement as well as snickerdoodle, but I won’t get the vanilla flavor again.

Once you get the butter quantity correct, this product is delicious and it satisfies your hunger. I have eaten it for dinner several times and I feel good for the rest of the night and don't wake up hungry. I bought 1 to try and have since purchased 6 more. This is a great asset when you are running short on time and need to eat.

Has a weird aftertaste even when mixed in with another protein shake. I’m glad I got a single packet rather than a whole tub. This is also a rather expensive product.
