Wonderful
Neptune 4 Plus - Great Hot End. Plug and play, just rest your Z offset. It flows great and does not clog. Ive only ran PLA and PETG so far. Prints come out great and Ive already ordered other nozzles to go with it.

Absolute Unit
My package arrived fast! My unit had a defect so I reached out to customer support. Within 24 hours there was a new unit on the way. I still have a lot to learn, but having a higher flow rate is what I want, and this is the hotend to do it. The units are solid, they heat up just a little slower than the stock unit, but hold heat much better. IMO it is worth the price. Make sure you check the posts holding the heater to the heatsink, and tighten your nozzle! Make sure you test retraction speeds, keep it low to avoid clogging. 10/10 will buy again when I get a new printer

Leakproof is incorrect.
I got this hotend along with a .6 nozzle. Been printing for five years, and own eight other FDM printers, including four other Neptunes. I got three excellent print out of this one a row. Really great prints. I was sold on microswiss. Then, came the fourth print, which was just a reprint of the third. No changes. First layer looked great. The next day I came downstairs to this abomination, the absolute worst clog of death I've ever had. That was several weeks ago. I just tonight decided to try and remove it with a torch, but looking at it closer, the thermistor and hearer wires are completely embedded in the plastic, and there's no way to get it out without further damage. So now I'm out the cost of the hotend, the nozzle, and an entire brand new hot end assembly. In the meantime, the microswiss I installed on my n4pro with a standard .4 has also had a major clog, but that one I was able to salvage. The claim of these being leakproof is totally false.

Fantastic consistency over the stock N4M
I had (self-inflicted by GITD Filament) damage to some of my initial nozzle set. In my process of swapping and because of the conditions in my workshop, the filament had gotten beyond brittle. While changing the nozzle in an attempt to put GITD behind me, the threading snapped off inside. I followed Elegoo's videos and had already done 4 nozzle changes at that time. After panicking, I recalled favorable reviews of Micro Swiss that I had seen on reddit. I will revisit this review later, but so far I have been INCREDIBLY happy with the consistency offered by this hotend. The 360 heating element, along with its increased height, allows for much more consistent extrusion at high temperatures. Installation is incredibly easy and the packaging is well made and reminiscent of auto parts. So far I am extremely happy and it makes me happy for the quality of US machining.

Very nice but I have problems
Right out of the box these are amazing on my Neptune Max and Plus, but it seems like every 3 months or so I have to take the nozzle off and really give it a good cleaning or the prints just won’t stick. Also the silicone boots turn very hard and brittle quick, wish it came with spares. Other than that they are a win! Oh and where can I get spare boots?

Fix for the terrible Elegoo Hot end
If you have an Elegoo Neptune, you probably have issue with the hotend clogging up. I went through several before I just spent the money on this. Worth it, haven't had a clog since. Have gone through at least 10 rolls, no issues since purchasing.

Hotend constantly jams for no reason
So I bought this hoping that it would be good yet, instead I bought something that caused me a lot of headaches for no apparent reason. It wouldn’t extrude any of the filaments I had even when my gears and everything were tension properly and it also heat creeped like no tomorrow. I ended up just switching back to the factory hotend which has given me better results
