Best but heating makes it worst
Very good smartphone. The biggest highlight of this smartphone is its camera. Battery life is average but the one issue that kills every good thing about this phone is heating. It heats up like crazy all the time no matter what you do. As soon as I start using my phone it heats up. In normal usage it can heat up to 42°C and while gaming upto 50°C depending upon the ambient temperature. Sound quality is also very bad

Good battery life and fast processing speed
I loved my coolpad cool 1 which was gifted by my dear husband. This is an awesome phone in 14k range having good battery life and very fast processing speed. I have used this phone for around 1 yr and It didnt heat up or hanged anytime. Its very smooth and slim phone and got dropped off many times from my hands and screens got smashed. Overall it was nice product from coolpad.

Coolpad cool1, is good looking phone, Camera is clear,selfi cam is good better than 6x. Day light rear cam is good but night shots is fussy.Infrared eye woking very fast and all TVs ,settop boxes woking very well.Battery backup good.Jio 4g sim connected with 4g net is ON battery will lost for 1.5day. One more thing to share this. phone is supporting OTG. Quick response to OTG. Only weaker section is no update for nouget you should happy with marshmallow. At this time.

Value good service bad
Service centers are not good serviceMobile and its operating sys is good sometime not respond tuch pad is very delicate i replaced twice still broken.Overall sound is average camera is average rest is okey

I don't want to prefer for anyone
My mobile is only 5 months old. This mobile is heating too much, speaker is very bad when we talk other person can't hear clearly and when we do video call also other person can't hear properly and we should speak so loudly and normal video call is also not supported but WhatsApp call imo it's there

good specs but not recommended untill get nougat update
Hrating issue in current software while downloading installing and gaming. No nougat update till now. speed and looks excellent. Company not issuing kernal source so no proper custom roms available.

Great great phone
A very commendable phone. The camera and battery are par excellence for a phone in this budget and keeping in mind from a not so preferred company. Doesn't hang or heat (only once or twice in a "big" while but that happens with every other phone too) One of the best smartphone from coolpad.
