Tastes good, no carbs
I like the taste and it has no carbs. Great alternative to sugar or nasty artificial sweeteners. Only negative is it is a bit pricey compared to sugar, but its worth it,

Very good!
Awesome sweetener! I prefer using monkfruit with Allulose. Has helped with lowering my sugar intake without artificial sweeteners.

allulose, and monk fruit sweetener.
The taste is great, and the only downside is that, with me, it caused an increase in intestinal bloating and gas. Other folks might not affect them in the same way.

Good quality, no aftertaste, but was expiring in four months' time!
This sweetener is very good and doesn't have any aftertaste, unlike most Stevia-based sweeteners (except Reb-M extract, which also lacks an aftertaste). However, it's not as sweet as stevia per packet; the amount needed to sweeten a drink is nearly the same as regular sugar.I gave it four stars only because the product's expiry date was 08/25/2025, which is just about four months after the purchase date. I won’t be able to use up 3 lb of it in that time, so I hope the taste and color stay consistent beyond the expiration date. I could have returned it, but I really wanted to test and compare it with another Stevia Reb-M sweetener I just purchased, one without erythritol. Honestly, I enjoyed that one the most.

Better than sugar and most other sugar substitutes
I love this stuff...so much better that the effects of sugar on my body. I am so glad we have this option. It is better for you than erythritol and less harmful than ingesting xylitol...which has been shown to possibly cause heart problems.

Delicious and perfect for baking as 1:1
Delicious and perfect for baking as 1:1. I have used this in cheesecakes, fruit sauces and general baking with compliments from discerning pallets who normally detect alternative sweeteners. As a plus allulose is widely studied to reduce insulin production.

Nice Sweetener
As a diabetic I now search for this item in sugarless products. It is a natural sweetener. I use it sparingly. I have found it in yogurt. (Yeah, a sweet desert that is almost like icecream that I can eat!!) I will put a little monk fruit sweetener in mayo to sweeten it when using mayo as a binder with green salads. I have not baked with it and I do NOT intend to. I have added it to some juice concentrates that are sugarless and bitter. It sweetens. Please avoid the product added to monk fruit that cuases blood clots. This is with that ingredient.
