Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Yes, I use it on all surfaces, hardwood, linoleum, vinyl, tile, sheet rock, carpet, fabric, and clothing and it is the best pet stain cleaner I have ever used!!

Q: Can you use this stuff with laundry--in the washer?

Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. I found she had been sneaking a pee on my throw rugs. Could be worse, right? Anyway, threw them in the wash with just a bit of this. They smelled like fresh laundry dried outside. Everywhere I've tried Rocco & Roxie it's worked. Can't say enough, it's amazing!

When a dog continues to urinate in the same spot, it's possible the smell has absorbed into the porous concrete or wood type material beneath the flooring or carpet pad. The most efficient way to solve that problem correctly the first time is to actually paint that surface with a primer called KILTZ. Dogs and cats can smell 400X better than humans. So if you've been unable to remove a scent from their powerful senses, this is what will block it . I replaced the carpeting and pad in my guest room twice within 5 years without success after trying every possible solution known to mankind. The 3rd time I removed the material myself. I had to scrape carpet glue off the concrete. There was one small 3in x 3in spot I could not scrape up. After I painted the entire concrete floor with 1 gal of Kiltz and replaced the carpet. Afterwards, the 1st time the dogs walked in there they only smelt new carpeting EXCEPT one dog went straight to the spot where the glue was stuck. (The kiltz couldn't adhere to the glue) In spite of that, for the next 10 years I lived there, no messes occurred again
