Great product, recommend for hot days or gym workouts. It’s alot more hydrating than water because of the added electrolytes that get replenished as you sweat throughout the day. These are super refreshing, got them to take to Disneyland on an extremely hot day where I knew I was going to be walking and sweating all day long and im glad i did, I felt so much more hydrated than I would’ve with just regular water, the electrolytes kept me energized and nicely replenished throughout the day and all the flavors were really enjoyable. They are a bit on the sweet side which I liked, but if you don’t, you can always add more water. These also did not have much of a salty aftertaste as others I’ve tried. Overall, these are a great alternative to the name brand ones on the market, but so much more affordable

The raspberry flavor is decent, but the strawberry straight up tastes like a chemical concoction.Ingredients seem relatively mild, especially compared to other electrolyte mixes.Dissolves decently, with sometimes a little residue left in the bottom regardless of stirring.It is good at rehydrating though, and doesn't feel like it leaves a film from drinking it either.I wouldn't get it again, but it is a decent option if you don't care about taste that much
