All cards are printed on 8" x 6" 270gsm high gloss card before being packed with a pure white diamond flap envelope and inserted into a hard back brown envelope for extra protection. Please note that once you have filled in your personalisation and submitted your order you DO NOT need to contact us as we cannot respond to everyone due to work volume. Please be careful what you send us as we will NOT chase up afterwards due to being extremely busy and we WILL print exactly what we receive. We will not make any assumptions to spellings that you send us whether we think it is incorrect or not especially with names and so the onus is on you to get it right. **Please do NOT order for an event which falls before the latest estimated delivery date that you have been provided with by before you place your order. We will not take any responsibility if you do this and the item does not arrive on time and we will not issue a refund for your order as you have made the decision to order** If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, please do not open a case or A-Z claim with as we are more than happy to resolve your problem. Opening a claim with will greatly slow down the process whereas direct contact with us will see your problem sorted very quickly. High Quality, very reasonably priced, love it!!
I know that my 3 year old Granddaughter will love the bright colours on this high gloss card especially as a Unicorn is on it! It’s nice to be able to personalised it even though she can’t read yet! The turn around on this card and delivery was very quick. I would definitely use this Seller again. Highly recommended.

Lovely picture and looks good being personalised
Lovely card but disappointed in the quality of the card used .If used thicker card would be perfect. Was well packaged and arrived early promptly.

Perfect unicorn lovers card!
This card was brilliant, covering name, age and relative information, sometimes hard to get all this information on a card. Also being unicorns, just everything on one card, that we could wish for.
