Tastes amazing. Doesn't have the salty taste of other electrolyte powders and genuinely leaves you feeling hydrated. It's my go to for powder. You can't go wrong with any of the flavours but pair this with some coconut water and it tastes a bit like a mocktail. Deffo recommend!

This EHP Labs Hydr’eau electrolyte powder in Fijian Pineapple has become a staple for me. It tastes so good—refreshing, tropical, and not overly sweet. I actually enjoy drinking water more now because of it, which says a lot!It’s perfect for post-gym, hot days, or when I just need a boost. Tasty, refreshing and hydrating! Packs a punch when following the instructions so could probably get away with using less than one scoop in the same amount of liquid (I used 800ml) os using one scoop in a greater volume of liquid.

Beautiful drink , taste and mixes incredibleI put one scoop in 500ml bottle of water and works great.Lovely texture , I'm guessing from the coconut water inside. . feels ever so slightly thicker than water , I like it.Pineapple is beautiful

Easily one of the nicest tasting electrolyte drinks I've used (and I've tried a few). The raspberry flavour is fruity, but not too sweet, and without the often overpowering artificial taste you get with some hydration drinks. It masks the 'heavy' consistency of the electrolyte mix really well, and it's a lot more refreshing than I was expecting.The mix itself is packed with things that go beyond a plain old hydration drink - it's rich in Vitamin C and magnesium too, so you're getting quite a full nutritional profile for a drink like this. A single serving (one scoop of powder) is just 4 calories too, so it's not going to bloat your daily intake if you follow a calorie-controlled diet. I found that you can over-dilute it and it still tastes good - large water bottles over 500ml are ideal.I'm surprised and pleased at how palatable it is - I'll definitely get this flavour again in future, and it makes me want to try the pineapple and strawberry too. An excellent sports drink mix that's better than the rest.
