Worked great until the charging port broke off after the third use. Terrible soldering job on the charging connector.Edit: Seller sent me a new one free of charge, and the charging port on the new one has no issues.

This is the best fan I've found for federal employees who need a fan in the office but cannot "plug in" to the wall due to regulations. No need to worry about buying batteries because this baby is super green with plenty of energy for the day. Plus I have extra power for my cell phone if needed. Great investment also because of work related travel; due to its super portability!

I purchased his in March 2019, it June 8, 2019, now. So far so good, this little dude in the hottest temps moves air fast/strong and steady. I took it to the Disney water park June 6, it was 95 degrees, I had the fan in my face from 11 am -5:15 pm it never got slow or quit! So grateful I have issues breathing in humidity (no illness, just need moving air). I will check back here for the longevity of the unit in the coming winter to let you know if this lasts a year. This is great for hot flashes has saved me big time from coming out of my skin. LOL

I have the same issue with one of the video reviews posted. Just a small whirring sound when I tried to use the fan. Really unhappy as this seemed like such a great idea. Poor execution.----Update 8/30/2017The company emailed me a few days after I posted this review and offered to send a replacement. Happy to support a company that stands by its products and ensures customer satisfaction.

Updated on 7/27The seller contacted me and confirmed that the device I had was a defective.So I bought another one to try again. So far it works fine.I updated the review and gave four stars now.-------------------When the product works, I cannot complain at all. This product is very baby safe and I can even give this to my baby to hold.However, the product I received seems defective. I noticed so many time the product locks up and freezes itself. I hear continuous small but annoying fan motor sound from the product.The worst thing about this freeze is, you cannot turn off or stop the sound and restart.I see the only way to stop and restart is to connect USB cable to the product and start the charge. (Then, no point of having this product because it is not-so-portable anymore.)I recorded the video and hope this captured the noise.

I bought several of these - I thought great b/c it doens't really look like a fan, so using in office was more likely (looks goofy if you have a fan sitting in front of you in meetings..Really liked it and those who received it really liked it - and it doubles as a charging unit for other devices.My two biggest concerns are that it is NOISY for its size and secondly, the power switch broke and now I can't use the fan (can still use as a battery backup)I cracked it open just to see if I can fix it, and turns out the switch is directly pushing upon the motherboard piece which relies only on the sodder to keep it in place. POOR DESIGN.. I would suggest if you do purchase, be very gentle when using the switch.Otherwise, decent purchase.

I really like this, however, the charging is very weird. If you have it on charge and take it off. It won't turn on. You have to turn it on while charging then take it off. Something like that. Very odd. I don't know if mine is defective or what, but I have tried it many times, and it won't turn on unless It was on while charging.

Looks like a mini science project the power button got stucked so i opened it to find out what is it that caused it and bam it was a flimsy button taped on the system. smh poor execution poor assembly, great idea though and for the amount that they charge people could've been better. Im just wondering how safe it is.i don't leave this on the charger unattended good thing i didnt for the the battery pack looks like.

I don't ever post reviews but for this I have made an exception. In our current heatwave this has been a Godsend! It's powerful, relatively quiet and PORTABLE!. I have lost track of the number of times I have used this in the past month - down the pub, at night, watching tv (England penalty shoot-out!) and it has helped every time.. How long does a single charge last? No idea. Haven't succeeded in running the battery out yet. Highly recommended for us who have a low heat threshold. Buy it and you won't be disappointed.

Good airflow, especially for compact size.Deflector allows to choose between 3 flow delivery directions.3 speed settings - slowest speed is a bit quiter, but noise isn't that obtrusive anyway.Compared phone charging to my fast mains charger - with my own quality cable - and charging times were same.Could just about carry in trouser pocket, but would show.Tested it when I woke up - from 2 feet away, I went from too hot, to wanting to pull the covers over me in less than 3 minutes - bedroom is 24C.Brittle looking plastic might not survive a drop.Glad I purchased it.

Fantastic little fan. I'm a woman at a bad age! This fan is able to slip in my pocket for work.It will also help with night sweats.I'm so happy I found this on amazon.Highly recommended

This fan has been a godsend to me in this recent hot weather and suffering with the menopause! I have it on the bedside cabinet and it runs all night without being charged. It is a little noisy on full blast but the other 2 speeds are quieter and it throws out surprisingly cold air. You can put it in your bag and take it out to restaurants, in the car, on the bus. Superb little fan.

This is a great little fan that is a lot more powerful than I thought it would be.My Son uses it in his room when he goes to bed at night and it stays on all night, the charge is very good and charges quickly.

I bought this for my wife who thinks it's absolutely wonderful and always has it in her handbag. It is rechargeable from any micro USB charging device and can also be used to charge your phone in an emergency, provided of course that you maintain a reasonable level of charge in the fan itself. Happy to recommend this product which definitely seems to be well made.

This is a portable fan and powerbank in one unit, it is compact and very easy to carry in a pocket or handbag. the outlet vent is rather small but plenty of airflow is produced. On a Pulmonary Rehabilitation course for persons with the like of asthma/COPD/Pulmonary Fibrosis it was indicated that having a small fan would be beneficial to provide positive air pressure to assist breathing when needed. I feel this unit is perfect for that purpose and can power up other devices as well. Extremely useful

Bought two and the lights are a bit misaligned on one of them, which is an annoyance but does not appear to affect performance. Docked a star for this reason as its a gift and I know its going to drive the recipient a bit peculiar.The boxy shape is more cumbersome to hold than your standard shape hand held fan, but its easier to fit in your bag. The relatively small vent for the size of the item gives off a narrow but effective breeze. It charges my iphone without interrupting the flow of the fan.It's a handy item. The misaligned lights are something of a constant annoyance though. If these things dont bother you, its well worth having for summer days out.

I ordered two of these fans having seen my brother's. I thought they'd be useful on holiday and during the recent hot spell. I ordered them on Prime and was really disappointed with the delivery date provided. They arrived long after the hour weather changed! However I'm sure they will be great on holidays and if we do get a September summer. They are light weight, very portable and quiet. I haven't used them for any length of time (only fully charged them to try them) but would recommend. They are a little pricey but I guess time will tell if they do the job intended!

great little fan for use in office, however not sturdy, and the on/off button broke within 4 weeks of very intermittent use, so not a good price for a short lived product.i would buy again, but for a very reduced price

Bought this fan for holiday in France where temperatures reached 38 degrees. It was absolutely brilliant - fitted in my handbag and very portable. I used it on and off all holiday- restaurants, places of interest where no air conditioning, trains and basically anytime the heat was becoming too much. Recharged it overnight through usb so no worries about power running out. 2 settings, quiet and can be either hand held, or I sat it on the table and you can direct the cool air towards you. Thoroughly recommend if you are going somewhere hot and you think you are going to struggle in the heat.

This is my second one of these. I accidently broke the first that I had last year. So handy for on my dressing table, and will fit in my bag ( although it is not particularly light). Great for travelling, a good long battery life, but easy to charge when its required.

So far only used it as a fan - but good to know it doubles as a power bank in an emergency.The fan is pretty good without being exceptional. Relatively quiet even on maximum. Effective within arms length but of little use outside that range.

Love my little fan it arrived next day on prime and has been a godsend. It's small enough to put in a bag and powerful enough to do the job it needs to. Can't praise it highly enough. Currently using it on holiday and it's been amazing.

I’m not very good with confined spaces and need to have a good flow of cool air round me. During a recent trip to London, the return train was packed with passengers. It was a really hot day, the train had no windows to open and very poor air con. I felt really ill and almost passed out. All I needed was some air flow over my face and I’d have been ok. Having looked at many different pocket fans I decided to go with this. I’m really really pleased with it. Small and compact and great air flow. Battery life fantastic. Really wished I’d have brought one before. Highly recommended.
